Wie schon in einer Bewertung gelesen, dass man den Zug hört, stimmt. Wenn einem an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel gegeben werden, schreckt das schon! Wir hatten offenbar das Glück, den Zug nur gegen 17 Uhr einmal zu hören (wirklich laut!)! Sonst alles in Ordnung! Frühstück sehr gut!

This place was an absolute find. I was traveling with 2 girlfriends and we had so much space it was amazing. It was more like a b&b than motel (without all the “extra” fees). We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a small kitchen, cozy living room, and little sitting area. Both bedrooms had king size beds.
We all were spoiled and marveled at the space. For a tourist town this was a great place to stay. Additionally, if you happen to be Catholic, the Catholic Church was directly across the street.
I highly recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Good facility but not exceptional. Breakfast time only until 9:00 am, we arrived 5 min late and allowed us to enter though. However, items run out fast and even when arriving at 8:30 am, missing some of them. Close to the highway and next to an outlet. Very convenient location for day trips.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

GGästanvändareGreat walkable location to the Plaza and many other locations that Santa Fe offers. Eclectic, charming property with friendly staff. The included breakfast is a great perk that we took advantage of each day and it was delicious! We were a little disappointed in our King Studio room - it was plain/lackluster compared to the pictures shown online, the thermostat options for AC temps were very limited, and the specific location of our unit was quite noisy. But overall it worked fine for us since we didn't spend much time there during our trip. One other minor complaint is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day for a 3+ day stay but we were there for 4 days and they never came.

GGästanvändareWe have stayed at Best Western Discovery Inn twice now within a months time and we have been extremely pleased with our stays. I particularly love the convenience of the 'old' motel style where you have your own individual entry door. This convenience far outweighs dragging your luggage through the lobby and down the endless hallway. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied. But the breakfast area was spotless, so well taken care of by the staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get the woman's name that seemed in charge because she obviously took pride in presenting a clean and well stocked amenity for her customers! Lastly, the price was so fair and reasonable. We will remember this hotel for future trips. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

WWebsHard to navigate and find at night. Minimal instructions communicated upon booking as to how to get your key and where your room is. Not good or no signage for property, parking, check in etc.

I loved the setting, layout and idyllic spot. The stars at night are beautiful and the location is close driving to all you’d need.
The room was super cute. Nice decor and layout. The fireplace is the biggest win. It was a cozy, quaint and quiet place to stay.
It was in need of vacuuming. Bed and sheets clean and had all you needed to stay. It was a thoughtful set up with ceiling fan, heat, coffee, glassware, fridge and ice available.
If there was a hot tub we may come back, but will check other areas next time.

GGästanvändareHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

GGästanvändareI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

När min man gick till rummet, sa en person på skrivbordet att kungen var bokade och den andra på skrivbordet sa att det fanns en modell och det fanns inga kungliga sängar.Jag vet inte vad som är sant. De var tydligen inte intresserade av att hjälpa oss alls och eftersom vi redan hade lossat alla våra bagage stannade vi ändå där.VÄKER att vad du bokar inte kan vara vad du får och på anläggningen och det förklarades inte någonstans.
