Ett bra hotell för en natt, 5-10 minuter från flygplatsen. + De viktigaste fördelarna är de fria shuttlena till och från flygplatsen varje timme. +Inkluderande frukost. + Hotellets läge är vackert, med massor av platser i gården. + Det finns också en restaurang där du kan beställa lunch eller middag. + Rummet är grundläggande, med te och kaffe tillgängligt. Kons: – Vi fick inte frukost, även om vi anlände vid den angivna tiden.Vi väntade 25 minuter på att frukost skulle tas ut för gäster i andra rum som reser till flygplatsen senare än oss.Till sist fick vi packade lunch. – Vi hade ett familjerum.Det finns ingen dörr mellan rummen, och badrummets dörr är en folddörr, som låter i all a buller och gör en hel del buller. – Sängen saggade på en sida. – När du tog en dusch gick det varma vattnet ut i några minuter, men sedan kom det tillbaka.

Positives: Hotel is close to the Airport, within walking distance. Rooms are fairly clean, good for a layover stay Negatives: We checked-in around 2am due to a late flight and was encountered by one of the rudest receptionist in all our travels. Examples include: - No greetings when we arrive - Throughout the check-in process, barely said a word (with exception of last point) - Unable to find our booking because she used the wrong check-in date, but did not apologise - When she passed us 2 keys, we assumed the check-in process were completed for 2 rooms and moved towards the room. In her words, she said “Friend, where do you think you guys are going? We are not done yet”

Seamless/Efficient Check without a lot of admin, very clean and well put together room unfortunately even though it was a special assistance room that was available when I booked (I just needed to rest, so I didn't mind it at all). I wish the bathroom had it it's own mop though for the shower regardless since water spills literally everywhere due to it having no shower glass (assuming for wheelchair accessibility), but it's not a good sight when the water droplets are on the entire bathroom floor without any proper cleaning equipment. Also, wasn't impressed by the wifi/TV's internet browser, one couldn't watch YouTube seamlessly because the tabs kept crashing every 3minutes, ended up switching off the TV and using my phone. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The ladies and the gentleman absolutely hospitable. The total stay was great . Could do with a revamp as the bathrooms are a bit old .which the exceptional service made up for. Overall great stay

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly .The room was spacious and they provided clean towels .The shower was great and the breakfast is was fresh.

My experience in the hotel was pleasant. It is situated in a very high risk area however, if you have business to do along the embassies or department offices nearby then this is a great place. Pleasant staff and the buffet was also good.

Pros: First of all the service I got from the receptionist was really good, she had someone carry my bags to the room and the location of the hotel is close to the airport which is very convenient for traveling after your stay. Cons: The room had a strong smell of paint, it was so bad I couldn't even breathe as all the windows were closed upon my arrival. The pillow cases in the bedroom didn't look clean to me I used my clothes to lay my face on because it was just nasty. The shower is not convenient to use, it's too small and you cannot move the shower head to a desired position. There was no fan or airconditioner in the bedroom, it was really hot. The furniture is outdated, some couches with holes in them it's a mess Overall, I will not sleep here ever again! The money charged is clearly just for being close to the airport because it is too much for that room.

I recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights. One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead. Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise. In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service.

Good hotel, room was clean with comfy bed. Very close to Sandton shopping malls. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast

Onomo Hotel’s proximity to Nelson Mandela Square Mall is a stone throw away, you literally just cross the small road from the mall exit point straight into the hotel Their breakfast was good however there’s need to add on variety and vegetables!  The rooms are small but clean linen. The TV’s are not smart ones that in some rooms there’s no internet TV accessed. The bathrooms comes with a humid kinda odor that l think emanates from the pipes but they will be clean  WiFi connection was not as good had to have room changes done.  Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, morning shoes and  morning gown, they don’t offer all that!  Reception ladies were not as welcoming even upon enquiring! The concierge, waiters and housekeeping team were very hospitable!
