Very nice hotel. Huge room, has coffee and Team and fridge and by the Reception a Machine for different coffee for 50 cent and a machine where u can get drinks and snacks. Wht we didn't like I couldn't get hold to reception before arrival and it wasn't very clean. Other then that really nice

Das Hotel scheint sehr beliebt zu sein. Es war sehr viel los. In der Hotel Lobby und in den Gängen ist viel Bewegung. Trotzdem konnte ich ruhig schlafen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Es sind kostenlose Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden.

Room Cleanliness not happening in a week. When requesting team not updating clearly not considering guest request for Cleaning Toilet, Shower Room.
Towel replacement not giving by staff for the Long stay for a week time.
For a new traveler for 1 day everyday they are changing the Bed covers, providing towels. For a week stay customer not giving. This practice to be changed to help the long stay customers in Dorm Rooms

Very clean and nicely decorated rooms (Miro, Chagall,...) good beds. Shared bathrooms and WC also clean and well equipped. If you arrive after 7 p.m. you get a number key to open the box with a card. All well organized.

The checked in night is not smooth, as one of the staff is too aggressive, maybe he is exhausted as too many guests to check in in one short, he didnt give a clear instructions, but the signage over there also not very clear. Mostly staircase, its very hard for me to carry my luggage into the lift. The room is perfect, but the heater is on another side of the bed, which it dont help at all.
Remember use exit A and B when u arrived Galluswarte station with S6 train.

VVBD1990CZEA unique experience of staying at the historical monastery. The place is situated on top of a hill (easy to walk) above the beautiful city Fulda. You may enjoy the view from the window and especially from the terrace - the adjacent café also serves selection of breakfasts in the morning. You can also make a cup of coffee or enjoy wine/beer and some snack (offered by the facility) in the common room. The solo room is large enough, even with a table and wardrobe (and a lockable safe), conveniently warm in winter, washbasin in each room. English speaking staff is nice and helpful. The place itself is worth vising but make sure you also have time to take some walks - downtown or in the garden/park nearby.

GGästanvändareDie Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Idee des check in Automatens ist an sich gut, wenn es funktionieren würde. Wir konnten nicht einchecken, weil wir laut automat zu viel gezahlt haben, es kam immer wir sollen an die Rezeption, doch es gab keine. Hätte uns eine nette Dame nicht die Info gegeben das man im Nachbar Hotel hilfe bekommt, würden wir bestimmt heute noch stehen. Das Hotel an sich war okay. Leichte Erinnerung an Jugendherberge, aber es war sauber.

There is bus stop no.5 right in front of the door
However there is no lift. Need to use the spiral stairs going to our room. But that is okay. The room is very clean . The space is just enough for the 2 people . There is no hanging place inside the shower room but its manageable. We forgot to bring our adaptor, they dont have any adaptor for us to borrow but you can buy it in front of the hotel for 10 euro. So its a lesson to bring international adaptor everything we travel

AAnonym användareShort walk from main station, there’s also a tram station right at the door. If coming from the main station, take the side door to the left of the station for a shorter walk. The area could feel unsafe, but the hotel faces a main road and is safer than other areas around. Room was clean but basic and small, but good enough for a few nights stay. The lobby has vending machines for drinks at cheap prices.

GGästanvändarePerfectly good modern no-frills hotel. Room not huge but big enough and had all the facilities you would expect, ie. aircon, TV with plenty of channels (mostly German, obviously). Room and hotel very clean. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre but benefits from having the Ostbahnhof U-bahn station a few yards away. Here you can catch the U6 train into the centre (takes 10 minutes at most). If using the U-bahn and S-bahn systems, get a day ticket (7 euros) - otherwise it’s 3 euros 65 for a single journey.

GGästanvändare駅から横断歩道を渡ってすぐのところにあるので、とてもアクセスしやすかったです。ホステルでは可愛い猫も出迎えてくれます。スタッフの方々は韓国人ですが、英語も話せてとてもフレンドリーです。部屋は2段ベッドが2個ありソファーやデスクもあります。キッチン関連はレンジやポット、浄水器もあり便利でした。電気に関しては少し厳しめで、まだ寝ないのに電気を消されることもあり少し不便でしたが、アットホームな空間ならではのことなのかなと思います＾＾総合的にはとても良いホステルでまた利用したいと思いました！

AAnonym användareMein Aufenthalt war insgesamt rundum positiv. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal: direkt an der Straßenbahn gelegen, sodass man in wenigen Minuten bequem in der Innenstadt ist. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Unterkunft waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Alles verlief absolut problemlos, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und komme bei Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
