Hotel is neat and clean. Few issues are water in washroom is sometimes yellow and no restaurant in hotel but they provide food from other hotel and also there are food options near by.

Brinda in the front desk was very nice and welcoming she helped us with late checkout and helped us with all our queries. Basically the Pre and post service from RV was very good I would definitely book this hotel again.

Place was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The location was great, near the beach and restaurants, with a bus to Alappay at the end of the road. Breakfast was fine.
Communications were a bit lacking. We asked if they did laundry, they said yes but we couldn't seem to actually get it done. Breakfast time was hit and miss.
There was a surveillance camera on a pillar two meters away pointing at our balcony, which seemed a bit weird.
To be honest we wouldn't stay there again, but that was just our experience.

I traveled with my sisters, total 4 members. My daughter booked family room in this hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There was 24 hours hot water. AC was working perfectly. Room was clean and maintained well. We felt really happy for booking room in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

GGästanvändareVery good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

Ttravel-travel-travelA magical piece of history - an authentic heritage hotel in the centre of Fort Kochi! We only wish we stayed longer. Charlotte was very helpful when we checked in, she provided information about things to do and recommended restaurants nearby, as well as showing us all the features of our room. The room itself was cosy, clean and opened onto a beautiful garden. The breakfast was simple but fresh. And don’t miss Mr Walton’s impressive personal library - lots of inspiration for avid book readers!

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

TThe Gatt ManAn awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!
