First of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me.
If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for.
One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Pisa.
Schönes, altes Gebäude sehr zentral gelegen.
Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt und Möglichkeiten zum Essen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
CheckIn und CheckOut ohne Personalkontakt - völlig Problemlos. Kurzer Kontakt zum Personal im laufe der Zeit sehr freundlich!
Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick direkt auf den Arno. Alles sehr sauber!
Kleine Kaffee- und TeeStation im Flur zur freien Verfügung.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt während meines Trips nach Pisa!

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional.
Loved it.
PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful.

Great hostel had a really nice vibe to it and the rooms were spotless beds were comfy big luggage space too which is a bonus. The facilities were good the gym indoor pool sauna and steam room were great additions to my stay. The common room was okay was abit gutted they didn’t have a hob or an oven to cook food for the nights but overall was happy with my stay.

YYunita 游Good location with affordable price. We like to stay here, very close with train station Campo di Marte. And not so far from bus stop. Also near this hostel, there is supermarket. Very recomended 👍🏻

AAnonym användareHu Firenze Camping in Town is located at the outskirt of the city where you can see a lot of greenery. There is a bus you can use to travel to the major scenic spots, museums and the railway station. It is in itself a campsite for nature lovers to stay away from the hectic life in the city while it is quite close to the city centre. It has a mini market, several swimming pools and areas for camping. Some stayed in caravans while others can rent a ”tent”, which has a bathroom, air conditiioning, a fridge, a safe and a bed. You can rent a bicycle to cycle around the around. Everything is neat and tidy.

AAnonym användareLocker in the room (bring your own padlock!). Nice breakfast. Free pasta at night. Friendly staff. 15 minute walk from Firenze S M Novella train station. Will come back if I visit again. Just that the WiFi is quite slow. And the water pressure is super low. It takes forever to wash my hair :(( But this is a nice hostel after all.

GGästanvändareThe hostel itself was clean and well located, no complaints about that. But the girl at the reception was extremely rude. On the day of check-in, she was standing with another girl at the counter — when I asked if I could check in, she just said “no,” and they both laughed. When I asked what was wrong, they rolled their eyes and said it was “just a joke.”
On the day of check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening to explore the city. For the first time in 15 years of traveling, I’ve encountered a place where you can’t store your bags for free — you have to book paid luggage storage online. My card was declined by their website, so I politely asked if I could pay in cash or what I should do instead. She simply said “no,” turned away, and started helping other guests.
Usually, hotel staff try to assist travelers and offer some kind of solution, but this kind of attitude was truly disappointing.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
