For the price paid, I was expecting just another cheap motel. I was pleasantly surprised that check-in was smooth and the room was fantastic. No mouldy bathroom, clean sheets & towel, smart TV, cold air-conditioning. The only cons I could think of - no clothes hook in room nor bathroom. The toilet paper roll is exposed without a covered holder to prevent the shower wetting it. Given the price & comfort, I'd stay here again.

Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. My room was a double room, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. He was always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even better. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

One of the things which i cannot accept is the floor is sticky! Looks like they never mop the floor... Then the towel also dirty, have to required a new towel. The furniture looks old... The photos they provided looks very clean and nice but in reality it doesn't 😅

For me, the hotel was a bang for your buck. For the price, it’s worth it as the check in/out was smooth even with self-service kiosk (do remember to prepare a RM50 cash deposit), the wifi in the room was fast and amenities were sufficient enough for a short stay.

Booked two different rooms. Mine was a single queen room on the lower floor (there are only two levels of rooms). Could hear plumbing noises from above the room intermittently way after midnight. I suppose people were showering. Could hear noises made by inconsiderate guests past midnight from outside the room. Complimentary breakfast spread was good. Would book the hotel again but would pay more for a room on the higher floor.

The hostel is well located near the JB sentral station. The beddings are confortable but the room was packed with luggages and cardboards. There was no locker available inside the room. A small locker is available outside in the common female only area Only 3 of the shower/toilet had a lock. The toilets are always wet. The common areas are decided into two floors (1st and LG(parking)). The ”kitchen” is in the LG floor which is always open. So there are a lot of people going in and out at all time. The kitchen has a fridge and a water dispenser. The staff is nice but somehow not surpr helpful. I always felt I was a little disturbing them. I stayed there a week so I guess that's why I saw all the little flaws.

Check-in & Fees: · Self check-in kiosk available—fast and convenient. · Refundable deposit: RM50, payable by card. · Extra access card: Also requires a RM50 refundable deposit, plus a RM20 daily electricity charge. Room & Cleanliness: · Exceptionally clean (”squeaky clean”), everything feels new. · Room has a pleasant, fresh scent. · Twist the toothpaste to open · Minor Issue: The shower/bathroom drain was slow to clear water. Facilities: · Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities available in the hallway for guest use. · Water pressure on Level 2 was average—functional but not strong. · During my stay, there was a grand opening buffet with a great selection of food—a nice bonus Pros so far: · Very clean and new · Smooth self check-in · Front desk on stand by is nice · Convenient payment options (card for deposit) · Good basic amenities (Coway, iron) · Bonus: enjoyed opening ceremony buffet Cons so far: · Lift access requires stairs from ground level · Extra daily charge for electricity (RM20) on top of card deposit · Water pressure is only average (at least on Level 2) · Slow bathroom drain It would be a lovely guest perk if the hotel could waive or provide a discount on the parking fee for staying guests, simplifying the arrival experience haha
