Really good but walls are paper thin so you will hear every word from neighbors and only salt water available. Big plus from drinking water station and actually working AC!

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as we arrived early. They let us early check in.
They also have optional breakfast, motorbike to rent and Tours if you would love to avail for an affordable price.

AAproditeI recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

GGästanvändareCozy sort of homely hotel. Unfortunately in need of a bit of renovation, mainly the bathroom, ants and mosquitoes came in to the room. It’s located a short bike ride from where everything happens which is good. And they have a free water and coffee station. No cleaning of the room for the 5 nights we stayed there but got clean towels when we asked for it.

AAnonym användareThe location is gorgeous, and the huts face the sunrise! The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped me organise travel back to the airport at the end of my stay, and they have a really talented surfing instructor on-site. The huts are really clean and well maintained. All I would say is, as it's a hut, you can't be squeamish about things like ants or geckos, and the internet connection in my hut was a bit weak. But overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation. Very good price as well. I loved it there!

GGästanvändareThe room was very nice. Pool and beach were advertised for the property. The pool as no more than 2x3m. The beach was maybe 1m wide to the shore, then all rocks - really not useable.
Staff was very kind. When we told them the beer was warm they told us it was because the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Many of the food items were out on the menu and we had to wait about 40 minutes for tacos and nachos.
The property itself was ok, but will probably choose somewhere else to stay if I go back to Siargao.

NNuri/누리I had a pleasant stay at IAO Boutique Hotel, thanks to its convenient location in the middle of the city. The road nearby is lined with restaurants, making it easy to explore local food, culture, and even enjoy a festival during my stay. It was a lovely experience overall.
However, my room was located near the reception, and it was quite noisy. I could hear the sounds of people coming and going as well as conversations, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable.

В других отзывах видел, что дорога плохая к отелю. Хочу сказать свое мнения, да она не сильно хорошая но вы не забываете где вы находитесь ! Это остров - деревня. Здесь 70 % плохие дороги. Но на мопеде без проблем можно подъехать к отелю. Есть залог 500 песа.

She doesn’t smile or say hi to everyone and would sometimes roll her eyes for no reason at all. But besides that, the place has got to be the best hostel to stay in if you’re looking to socialize and make new friends.

GGästanvändareStay here for two nights with my family.nice hote.l room is big and clean.i like the toilet nice shower .staff is really friendly.they welcome us with the big smile..alots of foods around and not far from the shopping centeri highly recommend this place .thanks guys for your good hospitality.

GGästanvändareThere was no mirror in the room, and the chairs in the room were disproportionately low compared to the table, making it difficult for me to work
It would be perfect if the stairs up were cleaned several times a day because all the dirt from it goes into the room
But overall the vibe is good.
