I had to check-in late (4am) and the administration kindly accommodated my request. Convenient location between the airport and the city, have nice tea shops nearby. The only drawbacks are absence of the hairdryer; also, had to request the towels as they were not in the apartment in the first place.

The room was quite small, in the typical Ibis style, which was fine. However, there wasn't enough space for luggage. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The female staff member on duty did not seem welcoming or willing to assist. She asked me to wait during check-in without explaining the reason, and her facial expression appeared unhappy throughout the interaction. In my opinion, she would be better suited for a back-office role rather than front-of-house, as she does not represent the level of service expected at the reception.

I had an amazing stay at Su Casa Hostel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Riyadh with easy access to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the communal areas are great for meeting fellow travelers. I also loved the vibrant, cozy atmosphere that makes the hostel feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Riyadh for sightseeing or just passing through, Su Casa Hostel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and social stay.

What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!
