I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.
It's right across the Safeway, has a dollar tree, so you get everything settled.
The only thing painful to me are the noise of AC and lack of outlet.
I was using a bed that was close to the outlet, but couldn't sleep cuz of the AC.
It'll be killing you once it gets really hot.
very good experience in this hotel, breakfast is simple but others stuff is good enough to cover it location, kind of receptionist, she allow late check out for us in order to convenient us to store luggage, please take note, even the webpage indicated Free luggage storage, but it's no extra space I the lobby or storeroom for you to store
This little gem is brand new or refurbished into a nice, inexpensive travel hotel, located a minute away from Tucson International Airport. As a Hilton hotel you still get that certain “feel” even though it is with a doubt , a budget hotel. Everything was up to date. Modern and sleek on the inside. Pool, fitness center and continental breakfast. The location is at the airport and perfect for a rest or late night stopover. You will need a car to go anywhere else. Or uber but nothing walkable.

We stayed at The Lodge after hiking to Havasu Falls. The location was perfect for access to trailhead. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff was very friendly. Every amenity we needed after the long hike was right there. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area
Overall I liked this hotel but there was no blanket on the bed and was pretty cold. Also the shower was either very hot or too cold, that was strange for a hotel. The breakfast was ok but not great, not a big selection. There were microwave burritos, but no microwave in the breakfast area. The pancake machine was cool and the pancakes were good but it needed fixing many times in the time I was in there. There was cereal and apples, muffins, juice and coffee. Was enough but would like a little more selection, and yogurt would have been nice. The room was roomy with a little couch and desk. The tv was large and had the Vizio streaming and a dish box and remote was there but did not seem to work. I liked the location sort of off the beaten path.

GGästanvändareFirst, the positive:
1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.
GGästanvändareThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
GGästanvändareMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
GGästanvändareThe hotel is good value for the cost. The location is convenient travelling on the I 40/Route 66 and it is just outside of the town centre. The breakfast was decent. There is a pool which is open in the summer. I would stay here again.
GGästanvändareIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
GGästanvändareThe unit itself was clean but beyond tiny. There was no place to put a suitcase not even a soap holder in the shower to hold the soap toilet paper was one ply cardboard parking was ridiculous. Smallest spaces I’ve ever seen.
The amenity stated coffee pot. there was no coffee pot. It was some little ridiculous one cup of coffee shot thing that had no description no instructions. The coffee pods weren’t even labeled to tell us what it was.
There was a Spa listed however no button to control it. No directions to use it. I reached out to the owner of the property  for help during our stay and I received no response. I did however, received an automated email at 1 o’clock in the morning regarding our checkout instructions 24 hours prior to the date we were supposed to check out we left the property 24 hours early because of our dissatisfaction and no response from the owner.
Will not be returning to this unit for sure the other units 2, 3 and 4  had access to little outdoor tables . our unit had access to the main seating area outside not a place you want to sit first thing in the morning when it was cold and rainy.
