Excellent service impressed me. I missed the breakfast , Katherine brought me , with her sweetest smile , muffins , bagels with cheese, fruits , croissants. That made my day! All staff is warm. Cleaners have the best bright smile ! There is also nice transportation to the American Dream mall as well as to the stadium. The suit is spacious and with lots of cutleries and micro oven. .

I came from out of State back to my childhood town.
Linden, NJ did not change for the better but for the worst. The Hampton was so nice, like stepping into a different world.
Loved it. Rooms clean, service great and breakfast better then the best diners. THEY HAD EVERYTHING. Coffee 24/7. A truly great place to stay. Oh and I'm a critical person. If it was bad I would say. It was great

Our room was spotless, modern, and elegantly designed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline/ocean/mountains (customize as needed). The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. The daily housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and small details like the nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water made a big difference.

SSummerlovex3I stayed on and off about a month and it had its ups and downs the location is great the house keeping staff is wonderful not so much management he singled me out gave me a hard time told some of us it’s a 3 week max stay but others didn’t get that when I informed them of mold and water leak he accused me of taking showers and letting the water run out when in fact there’s a leak behind the wall so I used the towels to soak it up they got a little dirty and I was told if this keeps happening I was going to lose my deposit for the towels then when I booked the jacuzzi suite I was told. Dogs are not allowed in suits and if then downgraded my room no reimbursement for the difference and was told I could have the red quilts because once again I would lose the security deposit if the dog or my family gets 1 spec on the white blanket never gave me a red blanket but I didn’t get any specs and the white one 🙀 idk what management had against me but even with the free pet policy and other horrific moments like not getting my jacuzzi suite getting told the only room available was the room that I booked a Jacuzzi suite for because it smelled like mold and it had the water leak issue so then miraculously, they don’t see my booking for the Jacuzzi if they see it for the room that I just had that I already checked out of so they gave somebody else the Jacuzzi suite downgraded me to a white sheet suit that my dog for the first night couldn’t sleep in but then miraculously could as soon as we said, will just pull the booking and cancel then that suit was available had to take a break from there.

GGästanvändareThis is a good hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and respectful; they all deserve a 10/10 rating.
The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel has good free parking, and if you plan to go to NYC, there is a bus stop about 50 yards from the hotel door.
The area has several interesting attractions for various tastes, all within walking distance. The lobby is not luxurious, it's quite simple, but it's good and has chairs, which is a sign of respect for the customer.
If you are someone who is used to shopping online, I have an excellent review: the hotel receives your purchases without problems, the staff are very attentive, always ready to assist you and take very good care of your packages.
As for the facilities, the bed is comfortable, towels and bedding are very good and clean, general facilities are quite good, highlighting the presence of a complete kitchen: refrigerator, electric stove, small microwave oven, comfortable granite table with chairs and a simple sofa.
I see two problems with this hotel: (1) the carpet is very old and dirty, deserving to be replaced and (2) there is a fire alarm that occasionally sounds VERY LOUD without there being a fire and gives you quite a scare.
Finally, regarding the daily rate, I think it could be lower compared to hotels in the region.
All things considered, the hotel is interesting and I recommend it.

GGästanvändareWe were impressed with how clean this facility is. The tub/shower were exceptionally clean. Bed linens & sheets were bright white. We chose not to have housekeeping come in during our 5 night stay but we were able to get extra towels & bathroom supplies as needed. Room has a good sized fridge & a Keurig machine complete with coffee pods. Service staff pleasant & helpful. Breakfast had a good variety: cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, juices, meats, waffle station, bagels, yogurt., coffee, tea, hot chocolate. On the downside the bathroom is very small & while the size can’t be expanded there is room for improvement. Toilet is very low. There was no vanity/counter space & the only electrical outlet was in an awkward spot on the other side of the toilet. In the bedroom there weren’t enough options to store clothing. Absolutely no drawers or adequate shelving. We had to live out of our suitcase for 5 days., not ideal. The decor was rather stark, invest a little in decorating & the impact will be amazing. Entrance from busy highway is a little dangerous, we discovered the hotel could be accessed from a back road & that’s how we entered & left the parking lot. I overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to everything you could need for daily life: a supermarket, bus stops, and plenty of dining options. More importantly, the motel provides easy access to Manhattan by bus. Here’s a crucial travel tip: When leaving the city, be sure to take the NJ Transit Bus 123 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to get back to the North Bergen area. The buses suggested by Google Maps don't all go to North Bergen and can take much longer; the Bus 123 runs frequently, about every 10 minutes, and is the fastest way to get to the motel area.
The room I stayed in was clean and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a hair dryer, minifridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, heater, and television.
While the breakfast is simple, it's a useful inclusion, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Considering the prices for stays near NYC, this motel is a fantastic choice!

GGM080This place is a hidden gem. It is very close to Newport station and takes less than an hour to reach main attractions in NYC. When we checked in, Harry was extremely helpful. He not only greeted us well and, but also came out of his desk to show us the path to go to Newport station. He also shared a guide map copy of the location. Breakfast is in downstairs in front of reception with 4 seating inside and more outside patio.There is couple of sweets options with juices, yogurt, coffees and fruits. If you are visiting from UK, you might find portion size is a bit big. The room is quite spacious. We took a king room. Although housekeeping is on request, they cleaned our room on the second day, which we were not prepared for.
