While entering and leaving the elevators, my husband was slammed 3 different times with the closing door. He held his hand in front of the door, which should have stopped it, but it didn't stop until it hit his arm. He is a big man and wasn't injured bad, but I would worry about children and elder adults being knocked down by such a situation!

The breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

Very affordable for a full suite! The room was clean, comfortable, and updated to be very modern. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so we were disturbed by a rowdy group of guests at 3am. If people didn’t behave as animals, this would’ve been a 10/10 stay! The area of town isn’t the greatest as there are a LOT of homeless, which is probably a reason to the cheaper room rates, but the room itself is fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

GGästanvändareThe food could a lil bit better! The sausage tastes like water!! Biscuits were hard!!hey definitely need people to actually clean my daughter found condoms in our room!! Definitely not something they leave for the guests!! They didn't even do anything about it unfortunately so yea definitely not for children apparently or people that hate bacteria!! But definitely was the worst!!

GGästanvändareOur room was just perfect for us. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem getting them. We were extremely happy that there was a Smoking Room Available! I was Extremely Happy because I am so tired of having to go outside to smoke. It was so nice to be able to actually sit at a table and relax for once and watch a movie on HBO or Cinemax. The outside was lit-up all night long, so it was very nice that they took the effort to do that to make their customers feel safe. The pool was also open. It's family oriented. I can also see that they are constantly making improvements to the property. It's not a fancy place. But I am very pleased, and I hope that they actually keep them all with Smoking options and @ $50. bucks By the way. There is an Amazing Restaurant right in front of it also. The food is fantastic they open @ 6am Prairie Kitchen, I believe. Overall our stay was better here than paying high dollar amount somewhere closer to our Concert Event. It was perfect for us. Thanks so much to the Ardmore Crew !!!!! We really do appreciate all your hard work!!!!

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

Vvladyslav135I just want to thank this establishment for all the help they provided, from the late check-in to the late checkout. The rooms were very clean and big, with comfortable beds and pillows, so you will definitely get a good night's sleep here.
The breakfasts were mid, but for the price, you can't complain—you get everything you need. They also have a small shop where you can buy drinks, snacks, etc. The location is alright; it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Paycom Center and about 30 minutes to get downtown. There is some construction next to the hotel, but I wasn’t able to hear anything, so it wasn’t an issue.
Overall, I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for something at a reasonable price and don't mind being a bit further from downtown. I will come back!

GGästanvändareMy room was dirty. The wash cloth had stains on it, and it was also dinghy. The toliet had dried pink stuff on the on it. The floor and shower were dirty. I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to the room next door. The 2nd room also had stained and dinghy wash clothes. The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. The shower had dried soap in the shower. The floor was had hair and dust on it. The toliet had dried urine on the back of the toliet seat. The hallway was dirty and has not been vacuum. I decided to take the stair because the evelator took too long. The stairwell was trashy and extremely dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk wa nice and professional.
