I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel. Staff Service: The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning. Laundry & Amenities: The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan. Room Quality & Layout: We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

Love this hotel! Great location very close to subway station and ZhongsanLou with lots of dining choices. Room is great for families too! Very big, equipped with a mini kitchen with induction cooker, pans, utensils, a huge ref and microwave! Practically your home away from home. The breakfast also has lots of great choices! The only ”glitch” for me here is the super long wait in the elevator mid-morning due to many checkouts and breakfast rush. Fire escape stairwell is also locked so we couldnt go down, so we ended up taking the elevator up just to go down. But overall the staff are very helpful, and they even accomodated our extended checkout time.

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.

Very good and friendly service, took care of all our needs. We stayed here for a marathon day and they were so nice that they gave free breakfast and allowed us to check out very late. Recommend it to everyone

Nothing to complain as it's well maintained/efficient and is your standard 5 star hotel (with a view of the Jinjiang River fireworks on NYE). Perhaps we were biased coming from Kaipuu Belfry which was located in West Street so while Intercontinental was also about a 25 minutes pleasant walk from the estuary Harbor sites (Zhenwu Temple / WenxingGong) which are also UNESCO sites , nothing beats the location of the former hotel! Aesthetically, we were not fans of the multi color lighted facade at night but that's just a personal preference. Special mention to Fay of the front desk for good service.

Frukost var en framträdande, med både bufféalternativ och à la carte-mattor.Vi njöt särskilt av att ta ett prov på några av Xiamen s lokala specialiteter. En annan trevlig överraskning var den dagliga komplimentära hi-te serverades på 1958-lobbybaren. En underbar touch som gjorde våra eftermiddagar extra njutbara. Platsen är helt enkelt oslagbar.Starten av Zhongshan Pedestrian Street är strax bredvid hotellet, vilket gör det otroligt bekvämt för shopping och utforska.Jag tillbringade två dagar att vandra runt området. 8C Street är också runt hörnet, vilket erbjuder många läckra lokala livsmedelsalternativ. En speciell skrik till personalmedlem Zhang Chun, som gick över och över för att hjälpa oss.När vi inte kunde boka färjebiljetter via WeChat som utlänningar, använde hon vänligt sin personliga telefon för att hjälpa oss att säkra dem. Verkligen exceptionell service 5 stjärnor för henne! Allt i allt gav Lujiang Harbourview Hotel oss en varm och minnesvärd vistelse.Högt rekommenderas för alla som besöker Xiamen.

開業到現在已經和家人來了好多次啦。真的很適合牛馬休息充電，入住體驗超棒！ 房間很好。從床品到通風設施都很不錯，新酒店但沒有什麼味道，高層隔音真的很好，牛馬太適合來充電了。 服務很好。入住前zoe特意打電話詢問需求，服務特別貼心周到，提前幫小朋友準備了拖鞋和牙刷，前台辦理入住效率超高，全程快速順暢。健身房小楊和小陳也很貼心周到，健身房很推薦的。高層無邊泳池適合去看看。餐廳服務員會超熱情的一直問需要什麼幫助，還很貼心照顧小朋友。 早餐很好吃。沙茶麪一定要試一下。餐品非常健康還有我超級愛的日式温泉蛋。
