We had a great time staying at this hotel. The customer service were very helpful and reactive when we needed anything. The kids had a great time playing around.
The rooms were spacious and clean. There was everything we needed and more.
Thanks for the great stay!
An absolutely outstanding hotel experience. If you are visiting Macau, staying in Taipa is essential, and this property elevates that experience to another level. The uninterrupted panoramic views were truly breathtaking, creating a sense of luxury and serenity throughout our stay.
The room featured state-of-the-art technology, far exceeding the standards of most hotels, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed.
Without question, this has been one of the most impressive and memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced.
If you’re looking for a truly elevated luxury experience in Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau absolutely delivers on every level.
From the moment you step into the resort, everything feels grand yet thoughtfully organized. Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout.
One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here.
Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive.
The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel.
Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau.
My family and I had a great time staying over. We were welcome with great service from the team Ken, Joseph, Lucky, Chloe and Tina.
We were very lucky to arrive during the cocktail timing.
Check in was smooth, Chloe was very thoughtful and understanding towards my daughter needs and prepared the extra bed for my daughter.
Cocktails hours team were fabulous, Tina was clear with my check in paperwork and she is so easy to speak to. Really capable and anticipatory with my family needs.
Ken, Joseph and Lucky, they went the extra miles of servicing us, my family and I really had a fantastic time at the club lounge and stay.
Little disappointed that the baby crib came without pillow and blanket until later requested. Baby amenities were not well-branded as expected of high end hotels. No kid size slippers found in room. And seems there was no comb provided. Hawker Hawker buffet quite good.
We had a lovely stay here, we got upgraded to a river view room and the view, despite the grey sky, was great. The room and the bed was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean and including all amenities. We also got to enjoy the pool and the gym. It's also a nice short walk to the old city centre. Definitely recommended!
My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored.
Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

We had a blast during our stay in Andaz unexpectedly. We came with family and kids love to play the Waterpark in galaxy! Hotel is quite new and facilities were all top notch! Rea and Charles at the concierge counter was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay! ❤️❤️❤️
Broadway Hotel was quite an interesting experience. The rooms are actually a bit small for our family since the beds were only 1.1 m. They provided us a really tiny crib, which was super uncomfortable for my baby. But at the very least, we were able to have one. The Broadway hotel is located at the end of the galaxy properties, so heading back to the hotel from the main facility and Venetian felt like a very decent walk, to say the least. Although not stipulated, we were able to use the pool at galaxy, which was nice. Once they open the grand pool deck, I don’t know if they’ll allow people staying at Broadway to use the facility. This should be stated clearly in Trip.com. Kids edutainment was quite good,, though it was nearly impossible to book a one and a half hour workshop. Overall, I gave full marks for everything, but I must say, the room was smaller than I thought.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other casino resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the casino complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.
GGästanvändareI had a wonderful stay from March 18-20 on my first trip to Macau with my family. The service was exceptional - Ms.Rainie made check-in smooth and upgraded our room, Ms.Danna kindly helped with directions, She was very friendly, and Ms. Fong assisted us with our luggage to the shuttle bus.
Their warmth and professionalism made our trip truly memorable. I would definitely stay here again!

CCherrylywHotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

GGästanvändareThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them.
Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!”
I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.
GGästanvändareIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.
