It’s a beautiful hotel with rich history. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We tried the famous red bean rice cake and other dishes at one of the restaurants and they are delicious. We also did the one of the secret pathway tour, it’s fun and informative. We didn’t have chance to explore all the amenities of the hotel. The hotel is on a hilltop so it’s less walkable for some people. But it has free shuttle bus between hotel and nearby bus station. Also you don’t have to stay there to enjoy the food or the tour.

Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

Very close to BanQiao train station interchange, large shopping mall and underground shopping district with lots of shopping and nice foods. You can take the bus 1962 from Airport and get off at BanQiao stop without changing to MRT. Staffs were friendly and attentive, Lobby area is nice and tidy, rooms are quite large compare to other newer hotels in Taipei. It also have rooftop swimming pool with nice deco, unfortunately it was winter when we visited and it's too cold to dip into the pool. Love the vibe, location & room - strongly recommended anyone to stay here when are are visiting BanQiao district.

Stayed at the Regent for our 20 year anniversary. The room was very clean, perfect temperature, and they offered a welcome snack. There weren't any personalised welcomes unfortunately but the room was great. They no longer offer disposable bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, combs, hair brush etc, you need to bring your own. We had the pleasure of enjoying Tai Pan Lounge. They are open 24/7 for tea and coffee but offer snacks during breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a specific period. We also enjoyed the spa. They don't have communal wet facilities, only in the room, so your time there is limited depending on the treatment you booked. They do have a health and fitness club in B3 though where you can enjoy such facilities at your leisure. We had our anniversary dinner at Robins Grill and it was perfect. Service was amazing, food was exquisite, and the vibe was so pleasant. Definitely coming back to Robins Grill, it was our second time there! Overall, our stay was beautiful and we didn't want to leave.
The hotel room was great, and the hotel staff at the concierge was great, given the price per night. However extra breakfast at TWD1087 pp was not value for money - little choices of food (e.g. the salad bar). Apparently there was short of staff (e.g. the omlette station was unattended). I would love to stay in the hotel in future trips to Taichung, but would not have breakfast there again.

Like the hotel very much and feel the price is such a good deal. It got everything complimentary soda, snacks, espresso coffee and bottle water replenished daily. The only problem is that we can’t use the beautiful bathtub because it’s right there without door. Use shower daily it’s big and I like ZERO shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Again I love everything about this hotel just too bad can’t take a bath in the bathtub.

Delightful place to stay in central Tainan. Convenient to the train but also close to great restaurants on the other side of the station. Staff were very friendly and my stay was pleasant.
Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.

Best hotel we stayed since our Taiwan trip. Was upgraded to a huge room and it exceeded our expectation. Every things was explained to us patiently during our check in. It was all within walking distance to 2nd market, Miyahara and night market. Will definitely stay again in Taichung if we ever return.
Hotel is connected to the Gloria Outlets in Taoyuan where there're plenty of restaurants and eateries plus designer stores to shop for quality products at great prices. Hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and service is excellent. Room itself is well appointed with comfortable bed and pillows. The toilet is separate from the shower which is nice to have. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cozzi Blu for my next Taoyuan trip.

AAnonym användareEverything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.
GGästanvändare1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.

second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

MMico yap2101My overall experience at Hotel Kuva Chateau was pleasant, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool is closed during winter and only open from May to September. However, there is a public pool opposite the hotel where you can pay NT 100 to enjoy a nice swim and hot spring. The location is excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained park nearby. The hotel itself was clean, and I particularly liked the bathroom, which featured a spotless bathtub.
KKim from SingaporeWe are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries.
USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring.
All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

Our family had an amazing stay here. The room was spacious enough for all of us, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing. The hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day.
Location was ideal — plenty of food choices, convenience stores, and MRT stations nearby. Moving around the city was very easy.
What we appreciated most was the warm and friendly service. Staff greeted us sincerely every time and helped with directions, transport bookings, and recommendations.
Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort and convenience.
