Hotell med 5-stjärniga i Bogota, Colombia

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Got stranded at Bogata due to airline issues. Trip.com was very helpful to ensure i got a room in a timely fashion. The hotel is near the airport in a safe neighbourhood. Room was spacious but bathtub could be cleaner. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have free shuttle buses to/from the airport

是拉美令人印象深刻的好酒店，尤其在哥倫比亞更是出乎預料。位置好，安靜，方便。房間非常寬敞，設施很新。每天下午五點半的13樓歡樂時光的下午茶也非常豐盛和高質量。游泳池寬敞明亮，健身房設備俱全。別説是在哥倫比亞，就是在美國也是一家極為出色的酒店。滿分五分我給六分。以後衹住這裏了。

Stayed here for a few nights as a stopover in Bogota- simple check-in and decent facilities. No frills would describe the experience I would say, that said it was a good value for the money we paid. Would stay here again!

早餐豐富，衞生，自帶廚房微波爐，旁邊就是花旗銀行安全性也高。唯一遺憾就是晚上開電話會時酒店wifi不給力，也許當地人這麼晚不需要開電話會吧

A nice experience close to restaurants bars and the place is clean in a safe location. I would encourage other business people to stay here and also it's quite noticeable that the breakfast is really good. Not only international food. Also some local delicious products for you to try and enjoy your day local culture.

房間萬豪標準，安全，門口有警衞+狗，有健身房、SPA（體驗可以的，睡著了），裏面有 意大利餐廳和西式牛排，環境都不錯。優點是離機場近（15分鐘），缺點是離 高檔生活區太遠-那裡有高品質的生活方式。

酒店離九公園近，周邊比較熱鬧，房間很大、但是陽台和旁邊房間是通的，在我們沒有開 陽台門的情況，服務員竟然在我們外出時開了門，一直説波哥大治安一般，所以還是有點怕的！其他都還行，就是旁邊在修地鐵，有點吵

Información imprecisa en la reservación. Reservé una habitación con vistas a la montaña y se negaron a dármela así hubieran visto mi reserva en la aplicación. Decía que incluía sauna y es parte del Spa entonces cobran. Además la reserva suponía un pago completo y al final cobraron los impuestos que no están incluidos o al menos advertidos en la publicación del hotel en la app, tampoco fueron capaces de advertirlo tan pronto se registra uno en el hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, buenas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal, pero toda esa experiencia se daña con información engañosa y gastos inadvertidos.

My partner had an issue with her leg and Four Seasons did not hesitate to assist and ask about her well being everyday. This is why I'm a regular Four Seasons customer!
