The service was excellent right from check‑in staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I was happy to receive a big room with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities were well maintained and complete, including a swimming pool, playground, and a dedicated kids’ room very suitable for families. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the food quality was impressive.
I booked the stay using Trip.com, and the price was very cheap and worth the value. Overall, everything from the service, room, facilities, food, and price exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short 10‑minute walk to Jonker Street, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant night market and historic attractions. The convenience of being able to stroll to shops, eateries, and cultural landmarks adds great value to the stay. Rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended for travelers who want to be close to the heart of Malacca without needing transport.

YYap Kim LeongBeautiful hotel, location is fantastic near Jalan Bunga Raya and Jonker Walk. The room is nice, bed is comfy, shower water pressure is great. Plenty of parking for those driving, just remember to validate at the counter before driving out its complimentary. The front desk agents are very friendly, it was an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for one with great location in Melaka.

GGästanvändareOverall, the stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka was fine. The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well maintained. It’s generally a good option for a short stay in Melaka.
However, the restaurants are overrated for the price and expectations — food quality and variety did not quite match the branding. There were also noise issues, especially at certain times of the day, which affected the overall comfort.
Service was inconsistent. While some staff were polite and helpful, there were a few service lapses that could be improved, particularly in terms of responsiveness and attentiveness.
With better noise control, improved dining experience, and more consistent service standards, this hotel has the potential to be much better.

CCY_A very new hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms and is situated within the Portuguese settlement. My visit was during Christmas time so there were a lot of celebrations going on, adding to the atmosphere.
The visitor before me used the fridge for durians, and I could not use the fridge throughout my stay due to the smell. The stamps were very polite to ask me about my visit however there were no immediate rectification or solutions provided. Maintenance will be an issue if not taken care of well.

GGästanvändareA lovely heritage building tastefully refurbished - situated within a 15 minute walk from the centre of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Rome was clean and comfortable. Elegant lounge reminiscent of colonial times. Attentive and helpful staff at reception and restaurant - special mention of Mr Saddam at the restaurant and Miss Ei Ei at reception. A lovely place in which to stay when visiting Melaka.

Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend for both business and leisure.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is clean and it provides very comfortable bed, even for an extra bed. Toilet and shower facilities are fine with toiletries provided nicely as a 5-star hotel would. Buffet breakfast was decent, great food to start a day for Malay and Indian cuisine lovers. View was ok especially during sunset.
The proximity to the so-called Elements mall should not be counted as the mall is a ghost mall with not many shops around to eat. Need to take grab to anywhere decent for eating and shopping. The surrounding resembles a bit like a ghost town due to pandemic-induced economic downfall. Imperio and Elements nearby are emptied out.
The counter service is good enough but not that fantastic, the staff are not confident speaking English. I asked about parking and ev charging, and could not much help as I was simply directed to the Elements mall manager to charge at 5th floor. I give up on the idea of driving to Malacca the next time. i

GGästanvändareA very good interior setting and well maintained hotel. Provide complimentary parking after checked-in, with ample parking space available on a few levels of the building. Clean swimming pool, however pool towel was not provided. Buffet breakfast with satisfactory varieties, good choices of coffee served, friendly and helpful staffs. There is a table tennis room with two tables good for ping pong lovers. Several restaurants at ground level next to the hotel entrance offer limited local dishes.
