Rummet var ganska rent. Vi kom dit lite tidigt och rummen var inte redo än, så vi checkade in först och fick vänta i över två timmar innan ett rum blev ledigt. Vi hade bokat två rum och ville gärna ha dem nära varandra. Receptionen ligger på Beijing Road, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Precis utanför är gågatan, och det är verkligen livligt där. Rummet låg på 25:e våningen och var mycket tyst, ingen störande buller alls när man skulle sova, vilket var jättebra! Receptionens service var också bra. Man kunde förvara bagaget där, men receptionens lounge var väldigt begränsad, med bara fyra soffor. Toaletterna låg på 30:e våningen och man behövde ett kort från receptionen för att komma upp med hissen. Hotellets läge är fantastiskt, som Nanjing Road i Shanghai.

The housekeeping auntie on Level 6 is exceptionally friendly and attentive. She maintains the room with the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. I truly appreciate her hard work and the care she takes to understand and meet my requirements every single day. Her dedication has made my stay even more comfortable and pleasant. 六楼的客房清洁阿姨非常友善且细心。她以最高的卫生标准和专业态度打理房间。我非常感激她的辛勤付出，以及她每天都用心了解并满足我的需求。她的敬业让我的入住体验更加舒适和愉快。

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

Hotellet har en fin inredning och du kan förvara ditt bagage. På andra våningen i lobbyn finns sittplatser där du kan ta en kopp kaffe. Rummen är snygga och rena, och personalen i receptionen är mycket hjälpsam och vänlig.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton and it was an excellent experience. The entire hotel feels brand new, clean, and very modern. A huge thanks to Mia, who was such a friendly member of the staff and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. One of the best features is that they provide free self-service laundry, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. Everything was top-notch, and I highly recommend this location

Vi hade bokat ett familjerum (1+1), men fick en uppgradering till en svit med två 1,8 meter breda dubbelsängar, var och en med eget badrum. Vardagsrummet var rymligt och kvadratiskt. Fönstret vette dock mot en innergård, så det fanns ingen ordentlig ventilation. Hotellets läge var utmärkt, precis vid ingången till Paifang-gatan, vilket gjorde det bekvämt att ta sig till alla sevärdheter i Chaozhou. Området är fullt av matställen, och nästan alla Chaozhous delikatesser fanns inom 100 meters avstånd.

Room is clean. Location is super strategic, walking distance to the customs. Staff is also very helpful - we ordered a lot of Taobao packages and they helped to search for them and even helped to call the deliveryman when our parcels couldn't be found. That itself is above and beyond their responsibilities. Thank you!
