A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. 房間很乾凈設施齊全，周圍美食很多用餐很方便，酒店後面就是布達拉宮出遊也非常方便，早餐每天都不重樣，品種也很豐富，特別是幾個前台小姐姐服務非常非常熱情周到，看到我們高反嚴重立即給我們葡萄糖服用，還幫着將我們行李送到房間，在此衷心感謝幾位前台小姐姐！！！

第一次發自內心的想寫評價，本次旅行是帶長者和孩子，從到酒店的那一刻起就感受到了拉薩的熱情❤️我們入住的房型非常棒美中不足是沒有電梯，要辛苦保安小哥哥幫忙送大箱子上去，由於剛剛進藏大家都有些高反我們的背包也要辛苦他們送，前台小姐姐也是超級優秀，主打一個有求必應，還有酒店的特色文化超市也很棒，小姐姐一直有耐心的陪我挑選，從早到晚衹要有需要他們隨時在！！！現在年輕人能有他們這樣的工作熱情和工作態度真的很值得誇讚，哈哈哈哈希望老闆看見評論給他們加雞腿呦🍗全能的保安小哥哥真是六邊形戰士哪哪都有他的身影！ 環境：很哇塞風景不錯 服務：一萬個贊都不夠 地點：主打去哪哪方便

One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.

I have mixed feelings of this hotel. Maybe my own fault but I thought this hotel was associated with the more famous Intercontinental hotel brand. I felt a bit disappointed when I realised it wasn’t. The hotel was right at the foot of Mount Kailash which was the purpose of our trip however was disappointed as the hotel doesn’t have a great view of Kailash. I want to give positive comments as the hotel had a lot going for it, such as full body massage chair in the room, smart voice controls for the room but we didn’t use any of these. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking and the shower facilities was not as good as some other hotels we’ve experienced on our Tibet trip. We had a second a second night booked at this hotel but we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.

春節假期連住三晚，天天酒店滿房，很幸運被升級到了酒店套房。前台小姐姐安保大哥知道我高反送葯省去機器人直幫我速度送到門口👍💗 酒店有12h免費醫療供氧（彌散式加鼻吸式）房間備有加濕器 這裏很合適自駕，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出城去機場很方便，下次來拉薩 我會繼續考慮這裏。

一年內第二次住這家酒店。 前台對於我們的要求都熱情滿足。 唯一有點小遺憾就是：酒店備有洗衣房，但明明調好時間洗衣乾衣的，也調好鬧鐘下去洗衣房拿衣服，結果到洗衣房看到的是程序被重新開始，打開看衣服沒幹透、時間也過去了。 去年也遇到同樣情況，衣服沒幹完就被取出來放一邊……。如果有提示客人留意洗衣機乾衣機的工作狀態，避免出現這樣子的情況，容易客人間有矛盾。
