Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Harju län, Estland

Mycket prisvärt! Vi bad om ett rum så högt upp som möjligt och fick ett rum på 19:e våningen med en fantastisk utsikt. De breda, vadderade fönsterbrädorna var fantastiska och det var härligt att titta ut över landskapet. Rummet hade också justerbar luftkonditionering, vilket var ett stort plus i sommarvärmen! Frukosten var bra och ingick i priset. Fantastisk upplevelse!

Super stay! I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments. There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby. There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient. There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor! And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge. Thank you so much! 100/10

Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.

Bra hotell nära porten till Gamla stan. Trevliga rymliga rum, modern design med fina funktioner, oklanderligt rena. Fantastiskt spa och pool, 2 typer av bastu på översta våningen med utsikt över Tallinn. Bra frukost med stort utbud (trodde många människor, så kom tidigt). Te/kaffe/vatten på rummet, tyst. Många restaurangalternativ bakom hotellet, samt 1 min promenad för att komma in i Gamla stan. Du kan behålla dina väskor om du anländer tidigt eller avgår senare. Njöt verkligen av min vistelse.

這是我這一次歐洲行租的最貴的房子，四星級，應該説基本達到標準，房間很乾凈，設備基本齊全，臨近老城，對面就是塔林電影院。前台服務很周到，很熱情，早餐也不錯。衞生間挺大，乾濕分離，但房間偏小，如果能夠達到20平米到25平米那就ok了。

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

Останавливалась в этом отеле уже 3 раз и этим всё сказано. Чисто, комфортно, тепло, уютно. Очень благожелательные люди на ресепшн. Очень удобные матрасы, подушки. Есть чайник в номере. Завтрак не большой, но очень вкусный и в отличной подаче. Можно завтракать и на улице. Расположение, рядом парк Кадриорг и остановка трамвая в центр. Единственный нюанс это то что в некоторых номерах окно может не открываться. И это действительно важно

Jag bokade specifikt detta hotell eftersom det ligger nära piren, eftersom jag skulle ta en båt till Helsingfors. Bussen till piren kostar ungefär 4 euro. Det finns faktiskt flera köpcentra i närheten, med stormarknader och en food court. Det är ungefär 10 minuters promenad till Gamla stan, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Receptionisterna var artiga och gav oss två armband vid incheckningen, som vi använde för att komma in i poolen och bastun. Rummet var rent och större än jag förväntade mig. Vårt rum låg på en högre våning mot innergatan, så det var inte bullrigt. Frukostutbudet var rikligt, vilket gjorde det till ett utmärkt val för en kort vistelse i Tallinn. Det finns ett systerhotell bredvid, Metropol Hotel, som är äldre och besöks av utländska turistgrupper, så var försiktig så att du inte bokar fel.

酒店不錯，乾淨，設施很全，服務員都很熱情，而且過了馬路就是塔林老城，非常便利。去機場可以做M2公交車，酒店右轉200米就是公交站，非常便利。

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!
