El hotel ofrece una experiencia placentera con sus amplias instalaciones y un entorno natural impresionante. La atención del personal es excepcional, y la variedad de servicios, como la piscina, contribuyen a una estancia agradable.
Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

No puedo describir con palabras los maravillosos días que hemos pasado mi familia y yo en este hotel. La atención por parte de todo el equipo ha sido inmejorable. La comida con muchísimas opciones, calidad y muy buena. Y tengo que destacar la atención por parte de recepción y mantenimiento hemos tenido que llamar por un par de cosillas sin importancia y la rapidez y formas han sido increíble. Un 10 en atención.

Todo estupendo, hotel tranquilo. Bufete más bien sencillo. Por poner alguna pega, el día que hicimos Chec-out (Domingo)al ducharnos antes de salir, el agua estaba fría. Fue un engorro ya que estábamos en febrero.

Magnífico el Hotel Playa Victoria, en su 30 cumpleaños el año pasado, preciosas la vista, ubicación inmejorable, en la mejor (junto a la de la Concha) playa urbana de España.
Detalles especiales como toallas de playa y la posibilidad de prolongar el aparcamiento más allá de la hora de salida del día siguiente, fueraparte de la amabilidad en el checking lo hacen llegar al 10. Sin duda. Enhorabuena a la cadena por todo, y por contar con gente tan profesional y amable.

a modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room.
travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy at all.
location is in walking distance to centro area and near bus stops.

This hotel has a lot of history and I really enjoyed my stay. Location is excellent—very close to the C50 and C52 lines, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. It’s right next to the Palace of Seville and not far from the Seville Cathedral either.
The breakfast was good, and overall I was quite satisfied with my stay.
My only small issue was that the towels looked and felt quite old and worn out. They seemed a bit unclean and could really do with being replaced.

My dad loves staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights for visiting Gibraltar.
We felt welcomed by the receptionist and the check in was smooth. The room we stayed was as spacious as we saw on the internet.
As the hotel has been 123 years old, you can tell from the hotels and aged furniture. I think it needs refurbishing, as the air conditioning was weak and we sweated in the night. And I think it may only happens to some of the rooms, as my friends' room are as cold as a fridge. This problem should be fixed easily, but we got back from another town and were so exhausted, so we didn't want to move to another our luggages again and chose to bear with it.
Water pressure has no problem and instant hot water. Duvet and the bedding were clean and new.
The buffet breakfast was excellent in varieties and quality. We love having our breakfast outside enjoying the birds as our companions.
The swimming pool is in good size with a safe guard. I would love to come back as the price is totally worth for it.
The hotel called us taxi and it took only 2 mins to be there for us. We are happy with the efficiency.
Also we love meeting people here. They are all very nice and enjoy making friends here in the hotel. I would say staying here was one of my great choices I have made

AArp303Detta hotell gör ett riktigt bra jobb med att fånga ”Hard Rock”-stämningen så om du gillar det kommer du att njuta av din vistelse på den här fastigheten. Massor av memorabilia runt omkring, bra musik och några härliga detaljer runt hotellet.
Vi bodde i ett deluxe-rum som var litet men inrett till en bra standard med en mycket bekväm säng. Badrummet var välutrustat och balkongen var en anständig storlek. Jukebox-funktionen på TV:n är utmärkt och låter dig få igång festen innan du går ut eller fortsätta den efter timmar i ditt rum. Att ha YouTube på TV:n är också praktiskt.
Poolerna var bra, det finns 2 ganska stora och de ser bra ut under dagen och natten.
Takdäcket är ganska kyligt, det har en bar och en infinitypool med sängar som passar alla verkligen, massor av variation så standardsängar med kuddar och underkroppssängar. Det finns flera ”Bali-sängar” som kommer med en minimiutgift på 150 euro. Låter som mycket men maten och drycken är inte billig så kan göras relativt enkelt om du planerar att stanna vid poolen hela dagen och äta lunch. Poolerna är grunda men en bra storlek och infinitypoolen erbjuder en strålande utsikt över det andra poolområdet. Det andra poolområdet har en scen och DJ-bås på toppen av poolen och är högre. Poolfesterna som Hard Rock erbjuder hålls här under dagen också, så tänk på det när du väljer din säng. Det finns ett ”Eden Cafe” i detta område som erbjuder hamburgare och liknande under dagen och huvudrestaurangen ”Sessions” som också serverar frukost och middag om du bokar halvpension.
Vi bokade bed & breakfast så åt inte middag på fastigheten. Vi åt lunch på vår första eftermiddag på Eden café och det var mycket bra. Frukosten erbjuder ett utmärkt urval och dess välsmakande. De har också en musiker som spelar ett annat instrument varje dag på utomhusterrassen vilket är en fin touch.
Baren i lobbyn saknar atmosfär och är lite långsam för att få en drink. Cocktailerna är dock bra och det är värt att ta en drink där, särskilt om ett liveband är på.
Servicen på hotellet var överlag mycket bra och vi njöt mycket av vår vistelse. Bellhops i synnerhet är utmärkta. De försåg oss med ett ”artighetsrum” på utcheckningsdagen (vi hade ett sent flyg) vilket var en fin touch efter att ha checkat ut redan och varit ute hela dagen.
Hotellets läge var längre ut än vi trodde och krävde att du antingen gick genom en stor, ovårdad tunnelbana eller gick nerför smala trafikerade vägar med flera kullar. Tunnelbanevägen är bäst och tar cirka 15 minuter till Porto Banus men är inte idealisk på natten. Vi hade inga problem och såg inga oönskade men jag tror att Hard Rock skulle kunna göra mer för att göra den där tunnelbanan mer inbjudande (städa den, lägg till deras varumärke, spela musik etc). Jag tror inte att de äger det men kanske borde de ta äganderätten till hur det ser ut åtminstone eftersom det ganska lätt kan avskräcka vissa människor från att bo på hotellet.
”Casino Marbella” är kopplat till hotellet. Det är ett trevligt kasino men saknar atmosfär. Du behöver också ditt pass för att komma in (jag var tvungen att gå tillbaka till rummet) så tänk på det också. Det finns en praktisk stormarknad mittemot hotellet som har ett stort urval av snacks, glass, toalettartiklar, sprit etc plus att det är riktigt billigt. Det finns en härlig liten bar som heter ”Park Lane Sports Bar” som är familjeägd och verkligen charmig. Dryckerna är billiga och de som driver det är mycket vänliga. Den bosatta hunden ”Lolo” är också en ganska karaktär och gör verkligen baren. Vi åt också på en härlig liten spansk restaurang som heter ”Noto” - räkorna, pizzan och servicen var utmärkt.
Det finns lyxigare hotell att bo på i Marbella och hotell på trevligare lägen men för en feststämning, god mat och dryck, starka pooldäck och vänlig service är Hard Rock ett gediget val.

AAllyYSWe had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

IismaelMEl apartamento está en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de las Setas de la Plaza de la Encarnación, así que la ubicación es excelente.
El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo: menaje para la cocina, amenities en el baño, armario fuera de la habitación, planchero y plancha, toallas, edredón y dos almohadas por cada cama. La habitación dispone de un balcón pequeño que da la calle y aire acondicionado. El salón es amplio con televisión y un gran ventanal, totalmente insonorizado, muy luminoso que da a la Plaza del Cristo Burgos, desde donde se puede ver las Setas de la Encarnación.
El baño era amplio y muy limpio todo. El apartamento es de lo mejor que me he alojado en Sevilla hasta hoy día.
Luminoso, espacioso y justo frente a la parroquia de San Pedro.
Y la ubicación? Inmejorable. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de la Encarnación (las setas). En general, no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en estos apartamentos.
Un fin de semana muy gratificante.
La llegada automatizada quizás sea algo liosa. Pero hay dos grandes profesionales en recepción que te ayudarán en todo.

Ssaharamoon我訂這個酒店的時候還有點忐忑，兩晚7000含三餐，不包含孩子的餐食。看評論衹説早餐豐富，擔心踩坑。到了後越住越不想走，它有點像c lu b
med，每天有各種活動，按照孩子年齡劃分，晚上能玩到11點。酒店面向海灘，往左走是熱鬧的夜市和餐館，往右是足排球場。這裏沒有什麼亞洲人，服務員會對我們很熱情❤️。最牛的是餐食，三文魚這種常規魚類我都懶得吃，鮮甜的大紅蝦，比我巴掌還長，還有車輪芝士意麪，早上當麪的鮮榨汁，我們吃兩天都吃不動了

I asked the hotel for a transfer to the airport and they had a fixed rate that was almost double what an uber was. Better off getting that instead.
Easy check in process. Breakfast was pretty average. Room was pretty standard. Had a great view of the city on the 10th floor.

RRiazFWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

AAnonym användareThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

LLAGA nível de funcionários, achei muito fraco. Tempo no check-in demorou imenso. Falta de simpatia nos funcionários do balcão de recepção. E o mesmo se aplica aos funcionários da sala do pequeno almoço. Pouco amigáveis e com aparente falta de vontade/brio/interesse em fazer um trabalho com simpatia e atenção ao hóspede.
Uma última questão que não entendo, é que os hóspedes do hotel não tenham direito (sem ter que pagar) à área reservada/exclusiva.
Estranho, sobretudo por se tratar de um resort, onde normalmente os hóspedes têm full Access a todas as áreas.

GGästanvändareMy stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room.
Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.
