"The best location. Old fashioned hotel. . We visited the hotel on 24,25,26 of December and spa gym was closed. No free car park. There is big car park 5 mins away by Walk. ( Central car park) 7£ all day Big restaurant , bar and lounge. Big meetings rooms Buffet breakfast 12,5 pp Lunch or dinner 25£ pp. Full recommended"

"Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer"

"Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants."

"We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel."

"We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good! Definitely will stay again ."

"The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect"

"We really had a fantastic experience. The hosts were absolutely friendly and the room was magnificent. If you're coming by bus, bus stop is nearby and a lot of bus lines go to the center."

"Nice quiet getaway to Bournemouth, stayed in a lovely little Spa hotel with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, perfect weather to enjoy the beach which is only a 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, continental plus ordered hot food and got a very tasty English brekkie to start the day, very enjoyable and would stay again"

"Overall very good, and the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. Food excellent, and although a little pricey no more expensive than other good restaurants nearby. One oddity is that the pool bar (the pool is slightly detached from the hotel) has no coffee facility, although the main bar in the hotel serves very good coffee and cake."

"All good, excellent place to stay whilst visiting family in the town.  My only disappointment was in the booking  - I wanted a smaller room and both the website and hotel stated there was one available but having almost completed booking was told only a master bedroom was available and considerably more expensive.  I had no time to investigate other options in the town."
