特別滿意的一家酒店！位置超讚！離白塔很近，步行幾分鐘。出門幾步就是飯店和海邊。前台辦理入住的時候很快！房間不大，但是整體感覺非常好！早餐種類有點少，但有麪包牛奶雞蛋，可以吃飽。。。很喜歡塞薩洛尼基這座城市，比雅典乾淨整潔有序！非常非常推薦的酒店！

1. Αρχικά δεν δούλευε το ψυγείο . Μετά από 3 φορές που αναφέρθηκε στο προσωπικό και μας είπαν θα περάσει ο τεχνικός, δεν έγινε τίποτε, οποταν σταματήσαμε να το ζητάμε .
2. Το πρωινό σχετικά λιτό. Την 1η ημερα Υπήρχε ταμπέλα που μας έγραφαν εάν επιθυμούμε άλλου τύπου αυγά, πλην βραστά (κρύα) , να το ζητήσουμε από το προσωπικό. Ζήτησε 2 αυγά «μάτι» και ήρθαν μετά από 25 λεπτά :) . Την επόμενη ημέρα δεν υπήρχε η ταμπέλα .
Περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο !

There is no free parking, you should book one beforehand and then you have to find a way to temporarily park somewhere in the centre of the city just to go to the hotel to give you a parking card and guidelines about the parking seats (which are not at the hotel). The room was very small, with a view to a building under construction (although from the site you have the impression that you have a sea view), with a window which doesn't open. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.
In conclusion, I am not going to pay 144 euros (breakfast included) for that kind of services overall.

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Hinterhof bekommen. Das wurde bei der Buchung nicht klar. Das Zimmer ist nicht gut Schall-ìsoliert. Wir hätten lieber ein Zimmer zur Straße hinaus gehabt.

The hotel is in the first row with sea view. Has own parking or you can park just infront of the hotel. The Suite is just perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Nice restorant that looks expensive but with same prices as other tavernas and restorants around, so no need to go out.Free snack plates for coctails in the evening. Will come back again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The sea was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing holiday.

GGästanvändareVery convenient airport hotel but gets noisy especially if your room is by the pool side.
Rooms and service is also brilliant however, I had initially booked a double room and was given a twin room instead with two very small beds.
Fariza was an absolute star at the reception desk. She was pleasant and friendly.
I needed help with a personal matter and she was able to help me instantly. Huge respect to her.
The restaurant staff were also really nice and welcoming. Menu was beautiful!
When I requested house help for attention, she was there immediately with a big gleaming smile and helped me organise.
Overall, a pleasant stay but hope they avoid getting confused with double and twin rooms in the future !

Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

The skilled therapists and serene ambiance made every moment a pure delight. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. The accommodations were luxurious, with immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor.
It was the perfect retreat after exploring the city.
Overall, my experience at the Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations.

XX~tinaThe hotel offers a typical European style buffet with seating available inside and outside. There's an outdoor swimming pool which seems to be popular with visitors. The mattress was nice and firm for a good night sleep, though sound insulation could certainly be better. Outside the hotel there seems to be nothing accessible by foot, the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere.
