"It was a very good experience. The rooms is clean and modern, the pillow is comfort, bathroom is so spcious, plus welcome drinks in the fridge once checked in.
The staffs are always friendly and responsive.
Lobby is well decorated, cozy feels like home with touch of artistic design.
Surrounding is convenient, there are lots of choice of food, Chagee, 24hr convenience shop are downstair. Only 10-15mins drive to take speedboat to pulau.
Only parking is about rm30 per day. No free parking."

Penginapan ni cuma bebrapa ratus meter sebelah hospital Queen E 1 so sangat sesuai untuk sesiapa dari jauh untuk tinggal dan boleh berulang alik samada untuk rawatan atau melawat saudara yang sakit di wad."

"It is still pretty new, the room is okay, smart tv is a plus with Netflix and Youtube, room is clean enough compared to other places and we were staying there with car for the weekend, so far parking still can find dbkk parking, the private parking area is pricy. But so far all smooth check in and out, there is a 24 hour convenient store connected to lobby. Have not tried the swimming pool, but there is a cafe near it, not many food options but still okay to try the western food and chill."

Although the buffet breakfast didn’t have a wide variety of choices, the food served was tasty and of good quality.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely consider coming back."

Did not bring charger but luckily i got my usb with me and the room have a plug that can be direct plug in usb. The view is splendid,(i choose sea view) unfortunately they did not provide free parking. I was charge about rm 22 for 1 overnight stay.the hotel itself is walking distance to anjung kinabalu.the breakfast limited choice for weekend stay, but the food is delicious.i would recommend this hotel 8.5/10"

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Cara. It’s a very interesting boutique hotel and honestly I’ve seen nothing like this before in KK, the concept feels very fresh and different. Every corner is photo worthy, so those who like taking pictures will definitely love it here.
The room was super comfortable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the small details to make it feel premium. Everything from the bed quality to the layout was spot on. Usually, boutique hotels look good but are not practical, but here, it was actually very easy to settle in and just relax. It's a nice change of pace compared to the bigger, standard hotels in the city."

Frequent power outages. We spent 1 day and 1 night at the resort. There were probably 6 outages throughout our stay. With one outage lasting maybe 10 minutes.
No hot water in our rooms. The staff informed us hot water may be weak in our room, but our room's water was completely cold. The staff will supply hot water upon request, but it came in a bucket and ladle.
Overall atmosphere is to be recommended, but the negatives bring it down when you are paying for a luxury experience.

And everytime we went,everything is perfect!from the process of check in went smoothly until checkout,we've been treated kindly by the staffs..not to mention the buffet breakfast,especially the nasi lemak❤️.the hotel is connecting to the mall and theres a convenience store next to the hotel,just a few steps from the entrance.we'll definitely come again❤️

This hotel is old, so if you’re looking for a super clean and modern feel, this isn’t the place for you. They provide a good breakfast, and the staff even packed it for me since I had to leave early for diving. The location isn’t far from the main center, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which is convenient if you want to buy snacks or grab a quick meal.

AAmyLThis was our first trip to Semporna with our son, and we absolutely loved our stay at Sky Water Villa! The Deluxe Villa offered a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with warm, courteous smiles.
We felt so lucky to witness a sea turtle that appeared around midnight—such a memorable experience! Although the food was a bit spicy for our son, he still enjoyed it very much. We truly appreciate the chef’s kindness in preparing a special fried egg for him at no extra charge.
The staff also accompanied us for snorkeling around the villas, as well as kayaking and stand-up paddling. Their thoughtfulness really made our stay extra special.
We loved everything about Sky Water Villa and hope to visit again soon!

From the moment I arrived, I was completely mesmerized by the island’s beauty the crystal clear turquoise waters, soft pearly sand, and breathtaking views felt like something out of a dream. Every moment spent there was pure bliss.
What truly made the experience even more special was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their genuine smiles and welcoming hospitality made me feel right at home and added so much heart to the trip. Whether relaxing by the beach or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, everything about Mantanani felt magical.
Overall, it was a perfect escape, and I truly enjoyed every second of my stay. Sutera @ Mantanani Island is a hidden gem, and without a doubt, I will be returning again in the future.

BBinti AEasy to communicate with the host. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The room price was very reasonable for the location and the number of beds provided. It suited our small family perfectly.
The Shore Kota Kinabalu is centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Parking is not free, but the price was still acceptable for us.
As mentioned in many reviews, the elevator issue is quite serious. We avoided using it during peak hours, which helped a lot. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it.
