Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Selangor, Malaysia

We gave this a try because we stayed at Paxtonz next door which is run by the same group. But were quite disappointed with the attempted charge of 10 RM per each item of bedsheet, pillow, linen for our fifth family member. The booking and listing is for 5 adults can sleep in this room type and they didn't provide any bedding for the sofa bed in advance. Anyways after talking to them and going to lobby reception, I got it myself from one of their staff at their linen room. Yes they were busy during the National holidays but that's not an excuse for attempting to overcharge me for something I paid for already. No toothbrush or coffee / tea bags provided. Pool and gym at 39/F. Parking is paid by guests themselves.

Room was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

Sängen var bekväm, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade perfekt, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu mer avslappnad.Grundläggande faciliteter tillhandahölls, och allt var i bra arbetstillstånd. Platsen i Petaling Jaya är bekvämt, med enkel tillgång till närliggande butiker och matalternativ.Incheckning och utcheckning var smidig, och de instruktioner som lämnades var tydliga, vilket gjorde hela processen smidig. Faciliteterna var en trevlig bonus.Byggnaden kände sig säker, och miljön var i allmänhet tyst, vilket var bra för vila. I allmänhet var min endags vistelse trevlig och bekväm.Jag skulle överväga att stanna här igen för en kort resa eller helgboende.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. I recently stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA and had a mixed experience. Starting with the downsides, the lift lighting was quite dim, making it difficult to clearly see and identify the buttons, especially at night. The air conditioning in the room was also not cold enough, which made the space feel stuffy at times. There was a noticeable mouldy smell in the room that affected overall comfort, and the room itself looked rather dated—definitely feels like it’s due for some renovation and upgrading. On a more positive note, the hotel does offer some nice perks. Complimentary refreshments were a pleasant touch, and the free morning-hour shuttle bus service to KLIA1 was very convenient and helped make airport transfers hassle-free. Overall, while the location and added conveniences are great, improvements in maintenance, air conditioning, and general room condition would make a big difference to the guest experience.

The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab.

We stayed here for one night and found the hotel strategically located near an MRT station, making it convenient to travel to Kuala Lumpur city centre. There are also several dining options available around the area. The stay included a complimentary breakfast with a good mix of Asian and Western choices, which was a nice touch. The room itself was decent and suitable for a couple, though fairly simple. I also appreciated the drinking water station provided on-site. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay for a short trip, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the city and nearby food options.

Läge: Detta hotell ligger nära KLIA och är strategiskt beläget om man har ett tidigt flyg på morgonen. Problem 1: Vid incheckningen fick vi två nycklar till rummen och när vi öppnade dörren upptäckte vi att den var UPPTAGEN av andra gäster (båda rummen). Som tur var var de i hyfsat skick. Vi var tvungna att återvända till receptionen och tilldelades nya rum. Receptionspersonalen bör vara medveten om vilka rum som är upptagna/tillgängliga för att undvika den här typen av problem. Problem 2: Flygbussen var fullpackad på morgonen eftersom gästerna inte hade förbokat sina platser. Vi informerade oss om att vi behövde 6:00-bussen för 3 personer men var tvungna att vänta på en andra shuttle eftersom det var för många andra gäster på väg till KLIA (de flesta utan att förboka). Hotellet bör prioritera dem som hade förbokat sina platser. Faciliteter: Tillräckliga men hade inte möjlighet att använda dem.

the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth. the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo. there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day. kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.
