Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Selangor, Malaysia

Enheten var ren, modern och väl underhållen.Jag gillade verkligen den moderna designen.Den kändes bekväm men rymlig nog för en bekväm en natt. Sängen var bekväm, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade perfekt, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu mer avslappnad.Grundläggande faciliteter tillhandahölls, och allt var i bra arbetstillstånd. Platsen i Petaling Jaya är bekvämt, med enkel tillgång till närliggande butiker och matalternativ.Incheckning och utcheckning var smidig, och de instruktioner som lämnades var tydliga, vilket gjorde hela processen smidig. Faciliteterna var en trevlig bonus.Byggnaden kände sig säker, och miljön var i allmänhet tyst, vilket var bra för vila. I allmänhet var min endags vistelse trevlig och bekväm.Jag skulle överväga att stanna här igen för en kort resa eller helgboende.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. The room is spacious and clean. Shampoo and body wash are provided, so there is no need to bring your own. Kitchen utensils are also available for use.

Läge: Detta hotell ligger nära KLIA och är strategiskt beläget om man har ett tidigt flyg på morgonen. Problem 1: Vid incheckningen fick vi två nycklar till rummen och när vi öppnade dörren upptäckte vi att den var UPPTAGEN av andra gäster (båda rummen). Som tur var var de i hyfsat skick. Vi var tvungna att återvända till receptionen och tilldelades nya rum. Receptionspersonalen bör vara medveten om vilka rum som är upptagna/tillgängliga för att undvika den här typen av problem. Problem 2: Flygbussen var fullpackad på morgonen eftersom gästerna inte hade förbokat sina platser. Vi informerade oss om att vi behövde 6:00-bussen för 3 personer men var tvungna att vänta på en andra shuttle eftersom det var för många andra gäster på väg till KLIA (de flesta utan att förboka). Hotellet bör prioritera dem som hade förbokat sina platser. Faciliteter: Tillräckliga men hade inte möjlighet att använda dem.

Fun hotel.. Lobby has a few game spots/machines for all ages.. Hotel is by the IOI mall which is very convenient. Good breakfast spread, spacious room, good tv channels, bathroom has all basic amenities. Parking is also easy and it’s free.. The view from my room is great too. Will stay again and will recommend to all. One thing I didn’t like though is the shower door which is very tough to open once it’s closed.

1 night stay only. Checked in 12.15 am. Smooth check in process. Thanks to Staff Maxidonna. I had a restful night. Spacious room with minimalist touch. Im surely return. ** Parking cost RM 3 per entry. **Selangor tax RM 7 per stay  **Room No 707

The hotel is in a great location, just next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. The breakfast buffet is delicious. However throughout the whole stay, we have dealt / met more than 5 staffs and didn't feel welcomed. Only 1 of them greeted us and put on a smiling face. They served welcome cookies when we checked in but only 1 for each room.

Hotel amenities no change since best western time so cannot qualify as 4 star. Internet connection very bad. Totally nil for the network. Food buffet not good. Room too small. Only comfort is able to see fireworks .

the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth. the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo. there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day. kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
