I had 3 night Copthorne Hotel and Resort Queenstown Lakefront the room is clean and basic the bed comfortable l had a good sleep the room to big even had a good seating area coffee tea in the room TV had variety of choices however the bathroom that not that great they need to get rid of that bath basin I am not sure what is purpose? The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.

The location is just 10-12 minutes walk from Airport and car rentals are within 2-5 min drive. Service is average but facilities is good including car parking and late night checking. In my case the dishwasher was out of work and hotel doesn’t comply it for 5 days of my stay, there is no fault I seen from trip.com as their customer service was tried their best to communicate with Ramada hotel.

Doubletree was a last minute decision upon arriving Queenstown from Mt Cook. Although it is pricey, no regrets getting a room here for 2 nights. It came with a fully furnished kitchenette where you could do some cooking but didn't utilize this since we ate out. One peeve I don't understand is the need to pay for parking since onsite (NZD$ 16 per nite). There's ample parking and for guests that drive in, this should be complimentary for stay duration. Location is outside of Queenstown but water taxi available from hotel dock. Recommend for the environment and fantastic room but giving 3 stars for facilities due to need to pay for parking. Location by the lake allows peace and quiet and also wildlife encounters. Front desk staff during checkin time was very attentive and helpful as well.

The ambiance of this place was quite unique, with dim lighting and not many electric lights, which gave it a rustic charm. One of the highlights was the ability to cook meals, which added a nice touch of convenience. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby where you can easily pick up groceries or essentials.

酒店環境特別好，老闆娘是一位中國姐姐，特別好，還給我牛奶，這裏很安靜，而且離景區很近，十米的地方有個麥當勞和加油站，100米的地方有一個炸魚薯條也是國人開的很好吃但不友善，總之酒店很乾凈衞生，地理位置好，方便快捷，停車很方便

Vi valde detta hotell för att vi förväntade oss att njuta av dess vingård/mat.Annars borde vi ha stannat i Queenstown med många restauranger och puber. Som vi skulle komma i början av kvällen, lade vi en not till vårt hopp om att uppleva deras vingård och mat (eller åtminstone fingermat) när vi bokade hotellet och fick e-post som de inte kan garantera, men kommer att göra sitt bästa för att tjäna vårt behov. Sedan dess har ingen e-post skickats till oss.När vi anlände till hotellet klockan sex var ingen på informationskontoret, så vi var tvungna att gå till bistron för att upptäcka att de lämnade nyckeln i en säker låda utan någon anmälan eller skickade oss någon e-post med sitt lösenord. Vi fick vänta lite på bistrodamen för att ringa till den som oroar sig, vilket var okej.Vi hörde att deras bistro var reserverad för en gruppevenemang så vi kunde inte använda faciliteten alls. Vi fick köra 15 minuter till en närliggande stad och köpa mat från en stormarknad.Jag tror att hotellet borde ha meddelat oss att det var omöjligt att använda sin bistro-/livsmedelsservice på grund av gruppevenemang och vi måste förbereda oss för vår mat. När jag kollade ut lämnade jag en anteckning om frågorna och förväntade mig att de skulle skicka ett e-postmeddelande för att uttrycka sin uppriktiga ursäkt.Tyvärr har inget hänt hittills. Även om jag gillade rummet och hela stället mycket, tror jag att Kinross-kvarnan behöver professionalism för att köra sitt uppehållsprogram.Det kunde ha varit mycket trevligare, minnesvärt upplevelse.

The view from our room was amazing. However, there was a beam in the room that obstructed the perfect shot, which made the pictures look annoying. The bed was quite dusty, with dust particles visible on the white linens. Additionally, the room was very small, and the online photos were misleading. The toilet was not clean, the room service only replaced the bath towels on the second day and did not perform basic dusting or vacuuming, which is expected in a hotel setting, not an Airbnb. Overall, the view was the only aspect that made our stay enjoyable.

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

The hotel offers a stunning lake view, a very warm and cozy room, comfortable bedding, and it is cleaned thoroughly every day to a tidy standard.

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient. Loved it and recommended!
