Mr. Yaregal the concierge at the Radisson Blu is very helpful and kind. Very informative about places to visit in the city and around the country. For sure we would love to come back again and Yaregal is a good friend... I would highly recommend Radisson Blu Addis Ababa.

I had a great time! My favorite place was the garden, though it was booked for a large event today, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, I loved everything about the hotel. A big thank you to the waitresses who served me today. I hope to see those same smiling faces again!

Wow, what an amazing experience. This hotel is modern, clean, the rooms are very quiet, and the sleep quality is excellent. But best of all is the service level. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile to great you and offer assistance. Azariyas, from the front desk, learnt my name and greeted me by name at every interaction. The food is great, and a nice restaurant, bar area and separate coffee shop. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but has a separate shower and bath. Aircon is good. Wifi could be better. The staff at this hotel could be used to train other Radissons in terms of service excellence.

An excellent facility with very helpful & friendly staff. The buffet in the dining room was excellent, as was the bedroom.

Radisson Ethiopia is a great location. You can access everywhere else from here. The buffet spread is great and covers vegetarian and non vegetarian. Also the cuisine is well prepared and everyone will get something that suits their part of the world. The staff are very friendly . The facilities are clean and truly met standards.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. On Sunday, 25th February, I dined at the lobby bar and ordered Ethiopian-style Tibes and grilled Nile perch. Unfortunately, the waiter forgot our order and only realised this when I inquired about it. This led to an additional wait of 10-15 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was clear that the fish was not up to the usual standard. The sauce was runny, and the colour of the fish appeared off. Despite my hunger, I ate it, only to suffer a violent stomach ache later that night. I am confident that the fish was not cooked properly, which led to severe discomfort and the eventual purging of everything I had eaten. I am extremely disappointed that the waitress showed no concern for my wellbeing. Instead, they attempted to blame the cook, citing his busy schedule, rather than admitting their mistake. It is crucial to cook fish at the correct temperature and with the necessary care to avoid health issues. This lapse in proper food preparation could have had very serious consequences.

I cannot believe my good fortune in having a late change of accommodations that put me at the Radisson Blu. There was no better place for me to spend my week in Addis Ababa. On my third day I became quite ill, and every hotel staff person was so kind and caring. From the in-house on-call nurse who made free visits, to the front desk supervisor who made regular check-in calls and sent up plain rice, to housekeeping who kept me supplied with bottled water and other items, to the restaurant hostess who--once I could eat again--escorted me through the breakfast buffet to show me exactly what I should and shouldn't eat based on my recovery, I had personalized, attentive service everywhere I turned. Once I was well, I was able to have a wonderful massage at the hotel spa, and the restaurant meals and buffet were so tasty as well as safe, which many restaurants there cannot claim to be for travelers. Thank you to everyone at the Radisson Blu!

Location of hotel is good, Unity Park an the tram station are in walking distance. There are some local restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms towards the streets are noisy and you get a lot of light during the night into the room. Romm size and tidyness are ok. Threr was a smell of smoke in the room. Staff was very attentive. The concierge helped me with getting back my lost luggage from the Airport, while Ethiopian Airlines did basicly nothing. Although arriving at 9:30 in the morning I got a room right away.

My stay at the Radisson Blu in Addis Ababa was truly outstanding! The food was fantastic and the staff exceptional. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made a lasting impression. I hope to visit again soon!

Everything is perfect. Liked the location, the Spa, Nice rooms. Practical hotel for business. Mostly business people.
