Crown Palace Hotel recensioner

TERRIBLE.. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Remove this Hotel from recommendation. It's not recommended at all!! Disappointing. So so DIFFERENT FROM THE REALITY. The Hotel IS TOO OLD. When I enter to the room #1203 The ceiling is MOLDY. With one single old and dirty smelly sofa, The PHONE HAS NO CONNECTION (offline and broken), NO CARPET!, NO SANDAL provided from the hotel, one towel for king deluxe??!!. The hand wash in washroom is not working also. Hairdryer only display and not working. After I went to 1st floor where gym and swimming pool was there. SO TERRIBLE!!, The gym room is so dirty and dusty, and gym equipment is not working and broken, rusty in every equipments!! The pool was so so so dirty and dusty sand all over the area!!. Really had a bad day. I supposed to enjoy my day off by booking 170aed but SO WASTED FOR NOTHING. No solution also from them. This was the 1st experienced and will be the last. I would never again stay in this toxic hotel at all!! One thing that the amenities for bilyard is not free...we need to pay 20aed per hour. So poor!!

My experience is too bad the small and bed is very bad I even requested them to fix it but no body do something for me I am really sorry I will not change again that kind of service

The shower tube door is broken. Chairs in the room has large stains and marks. The standard not meeting 4 star hotel.

Room was smelling off cigarettes i have ask to change or spray but nothing happened phone wasn’t working i had to go to reception to ask for something from 15th floor ask for iron he gave me one but I m luckily checked it was soo dirty if I used it I will not going to be able to use my clothes very nice hotel but need good hygiene and clean and good management but I’m just a straightforward person thanks

The hotel is good for budget treveller and little bit cheaper with other hotels , while the staff are friendly.

very well maintained rooms. good place to be with friends. cafe downstairs is a must try and very economical.

Enterance of the hotel is wonderful but once you get to the rooms are so bad. Rooms needs a complete remodeling. Everything needs change flooring, walls, lights, bathroom, furniture and staff as well! I called twice for a Towel but no luck of getting it. I had to go to reception to argue with them in the order to get it and as well to get the room cleaned. Not worth the money at all! I was attracted to this hotel by the reviews it had. I can’t understand how they got all this reviews.

The best view😍😍😍best service and very cleeann all the time..The foood is very delicious simply I love this hotel in Ajman The location is very convenient MashAllaah it’s close to the main road and shops It was very convenient for us🫶🫶🫶 If i would visist Ajman I would definitely stay in this hotel
