The dayshift lady is very awesome in customer service, the nightshift one isn’t that good.

We were very disappointed with the hotel it looked like a run down shack from the outside rooms were small no soap or toilet paper at first the TV didn't work so we had to be transferred to another room there was a pool party most of the night so we didn't get much sleep definitely would not stay there again

Service provided by hotel staff is lousy. They should be provided with more training to attend to the problems of customers. Our booking was not honored, and we were made to pay a higher room rate for the same room which we booked, allegedly on the ground that we cancelled our booking, which we did not.
