Rezen Yunshui Xiyue Hot Spring Hotel recensioner

The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again.

This stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was outstanding: the personnel, the breakfast, the room and the hot springs. Thanks for making us feeling to welcome.

Location is ok as it is near the night market and many food outlets around. They upgrade our rooms with 2 double bed that are very big with basic fittings. If the room can be fitted with a dining table, the sofa will be perfect. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. A few hot spring tubs are at the roof, but doubt the tubs are filled up with hot water only. No water inflow and outflow are seen that hygiene is concerned. Overall, it is a good stay if you forget the hot spring facility.

Room consider spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved... There was a bunch of hairs in the bathroom when we checked in Location is very good as it is easily access to many attractions and full of eateries around the area Hotel staff was not very friendly, when asked a few more questions, she gets a bit annoyed

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to many restaurants and parks. Service staff from the front desk, restaurant and cleaning are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff respond very quickly to my concerns and thanks to them I get to see the Heavenly Lake. The room is also very big and comfortable. Not forgetting to mention that the open air hot spa is wonderful too. Will definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends.

The service staff are very helpful and assisted me to buy the Changbaishan tickets when my WeChat app having problem buying the tickets. Also, after checkin i decided to change my travel plan to cut short my stay, after contacting trip.com, I received email they hotel agreed to refund 1 night from my booking even though it was not in the contract. Really appreciate the hotel and trip.com. Overall the hotel is good for individual visiting Changbaishan, located in the middle of town with plenty of foods restaurants within walking distance. Room is great too and I received a free room upgrade with breakfast, nice touch!

酒店很好，距離雲頂市集、恩都裏和秋沙鴨公園都很近，附近美食很多，前台熱情周到，服務優秀，酒店設施很好，頂樓是露天温泉，早餐很豐富，在這裏度過了一家三口愉快的短暫假期！十年之約奔赴了！天池看到了！大街小巷都是十年人間，真的二十年就這彈指一揮間就過去了，月亮還是當年明月，願我們都能永遠熱愛！

店裡很多設計我們都一致認為很棒，體驗感非常不錯，大家一定要來親自體驗一下！真的是一個不可錯過的打卡地，好吃又健康的店，火速上頭！雖然位置有點難找，但勝在人少，沒有嘈雜的環境，整個氛圍非常nice，不錯子😁真的太好玩了，又解壓又鍛鍊身體，真是不錯的體驗

總體還是比較滿意，位置也方便，網紅街上吃得多。接車服務忘記用了，下了長白山站等車40分鐘才坐到，瘋了。。。後來送站的師傅説都不愛去，容易超時收停車費，車來人沒來，人來找不到車等等。房間很大，但是不容易乾燥，衞生間地上一夜過去還是水，衣服都沒幹。五樓的泡湯可以，光線在明亮點就更好了。泡湯前最好有一個人沖淋，以防有的人不太乾淨就進池子了，畢竟泡的孩子也不少，早餐還行，麪口味個人不是很能接受，主要是醬汁口味，江南人表示有點怪

酒店在北景區。房間整潔乾淨寬敞，衞生間乾淨。價格公道便宜。高鐵接車。接車司機也提供西景區接送服務，400元來回北景區和西景區。周邊是餐廳美食街。

有免費的接車服務，很好，前台的工作人員也很好，還特意幫我們免費升級了房間，感謝。然後就是房間很乾凈，智能馬桶。還有露天温泉，在頂層。酒店的位置也很好，離雲頂市集走路7.8分鐘就能到，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，推薦

旅遊旺季店家竟然給免費升級了套房，全屋智能，很方便，超級驚喜！服務態度非常好，熱情周到，早餐豐富，味道也不錯。屋頂的露天温泉晚上19-22點，有5個泡池，水都是當天新放的，樓頂有秋千，蹦床，氛圍燈挺浪漫的，還可以看到恩都裏的煙花！
