"Fantastiskt strandhotell! Vi stannade där för fjärde gången och vi kommer säkert tillbaka! Mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma receptionspersonal. Inga problem är för mycket för dem. Snyggt, lugnt rum med en stor balkong (rum 401) och frontal havsutsikt. Frukost är omfattande och omsorgsfullt. En stor pluspunkt är gratis cyklar. Poolen är också vacker med trevlig vattentemperatur."

"I booked a triple room for two nights at this hotel by mistake and was contacted by the front desk to confirm a double, which I accepted without hesitation. We arrived at 8:20 PM and, once we entered the room, discovered that the air conditioning wasn't working. The manager informed us that the air conditioning doesn't turn on if the door or window is open, forcing us to remain locked in a stuffy room for an hour. Because he had "other things to do," we went downstairs several times, telling him it wasn't working, and he, annoyed, said, "Okay, let me fix this, otherwise." They had no other rooms available except two to clean, leaving us to suffer in a room that felt like 40 degrees Celsius. We suggested cleaning one of the two. After hours of waiting, we decided to take a shower anyway so as not to further ruin the evening. We left the hotel at 11 PM, missing our 9:30 PM restaurant reservation and ending up eating a piadina on the street. After the evening, we returned at 4 AM and finally changed rooms. However, in the new room, the sink had a broken filter—calcium, I don't know, but it splashed water everywhere, and brushing our teeth or face felt like we were at a Riccione water park, but we overlooked that issue. The next day, after a day at the beach, we returned to the hotel at 7:30 PM to shower. When I turned on the faucet, I was hit by boiling water, and the shower head came loose. It was broken, and it fell on my foot, cutting me. We called the front desk, and the manager responded sarcastically, telling us to go to Lourdes or something along those lines, claiming that we weren't at the Palace Hotel and that it wasn't his fault if we decided to shower at 7:30 PM (which apparently was too late for him to shower). I should point out that even a zero-star hotel shouldn't lack basic amenities like water and air conditioning. We had two rooms, neither of which were functional. I went downstairs to argue with the manager, who was extremely rude and yelled in my face. Of course, I reciprocated. The only silver lining was a blonde staff member who was mortified and incredibly kind. After this inconvenience, two hours passed, and they came to replace the shower head. I dried my hair and the hose on the 1950s hairdryer came off because it was obviously burned out. Despite all this, we weren't even offered a refund for this disastrous experience. Two days at the beach to relax, two days in which we couldn't. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

Även all personal, från flickor på receptionen till receptionen, till pojken som bär dina bagage är kontinuerlig vänlighet. Vill vi prata om frukost? Snyggt där du hittar allt. Från sötsaker till salt, yoghurt frukt, kakor, croissant grädde eller choklad, till marmelade av alla slag och kakor av en godhet som knappt hittar dem på andra hotell... allt friskt varje dag från bakverk som har i köket Exklusivt! "Jag bekräftar yttrandet om detta hotell, verkligen bra. Vi tillbringade familjen för andra gången semester (de första två veckorna av juni) i Brasilien. Personal som familjens vänliga, alltid tillgängliga och professionella. För att notera kocken växling (i bättre), så kök - matlagning har förbättrats kvalitet och det fanns inga menyrepetitioner varje vecka, som i många andra hotell. Komfortbara och ljusa rum med utmärkt matplats (poolutsikt för val). Badvatten var kallare den första veckan (förra året var alltid varmt, som termiskt vatten), men sedan den andra veckan, efter att ha reparerat felet, var perfekt. Rena rum och restaurang, bar, avslappnade område alltid oförskämda. På morgonen var damen av kräppar och omeletter vimlade med de utmärkta fritesmackarna som gjordes just nu och de fräscha bröden, bröden och älsklingarna var alltid riktigt tårar. Jag föreslår att det kanske vore bättre att göra självservice för att undvika filer som du skapar (särskilt i helgen). Grattis till alla personal - du har verkligen gjort oss tillbringa vackra dagar i en trevlig miljö, som hemma hos vänner (även vår katt Ulisse tackar för alla sköldpaddor)."
