Love everything about about this hotel. Totally highly recommend. Seems Christmas came early at this hotel..and we love it

Great staff, had a minor problem with the room and they were very quick to respond and solve the issue.

The rooms were nice and had a good view of the garden.

Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). old hotel room, but clean. very nice xmas lighting and decoration however, the hotel buffet is very disappointing, 1500p not so expensive but the food is really not appeitizing at all

Amazing experience at this hotel. Warm greeting and very professional and kind staff. A bit dissappointed with dinner because it is fully booked very early and not that clean inside of room. Beautiful garden and eco-walking area near hotel. Wish to stay again and strongly recommend!
