Amazing location. Adequate breakfast, wonderful service and kind staff. If I return to Baku I'd stay here again

老街裏面的獨棟建築，逛街非常方便。街區晚上安靜，睡覺舒適。含早餐，包括麪包、各種芝士、炒蛋、果汁、咖啡等等。

Парни на стойке были дружелюбные. Расположение отличное — самое сердце старого города. Состояние номера расстроило, не качество номера или новизна мебели, а именно качество уборки. На стене душа после последних путешественников остались волосы, и из ванной комнаты каждый вечер ужасно воняло и один раз вылезла мокрица. В номере не убирались ни разу, даже когда висела табличка. Воду тоже не приносили, пришлось просить самим на ресепшене. Стены номера тонкие, слышно соседей, но в отеле большую часть времени мы были одни и это не мешало. На завтрак не ходили, ничего не могу сказать. Подойдет тем, кто готов мириться с отсутствием уборки или тому, кто останется на одну ночь.

房間很乾凈，服務員熱情周到，酒店在老城區裏，很安靜，對比住的上一家酒店真的好太多了，衞生設施齊全，早餐也很不錯

禁煙の部屋をよやしましたが部屋に入った時になんとなく臭かった。朝食会場からの眺めは素晴らしいです。

Getting anxious before going- as the reviews are so bad and also saw the stained bed sheet pictures. Hope I can write a good review once I reach. We arrived at5 am . It was not accessible by cab and had to walk about5 mins in the cold. We were checked in. We were told we will get a better room tomorrow. Came to our room which had a musty smell. Wanted tea but kettle did not work so went to reception and asked for another one. This was brought to our room in 5 mins. Went for breakfast. Did not get proper tea with milk as there was no hot milk but break fast was ok and got some fruits and salad. But there was no toaster. Bread was dry. Came to the room - there was practically no water from the taps. My husband enquired and was told it will come in 10-15 mins. Waited for 15 mins and still no water and this is ridiculous. At least they should have briefed that about water timings when we checked in or explain that there might be a water shortage issue- just hiding it does not sort the problem for us and if this is the case how can we give good reviews to our friends who want to visit Baku about the hotel!! Should have listened to Trip Advisor and booked at a different place

Old Street Boutique hotel is centrally located in the old city of Baku. it's location is what makes it unique. Walkable distance to Nizami Street and in the heart of old city with tons of great eateries and shopping places around. Breakfast is very very normal at the place. Almost no veg options, no live counter. While booking please be mindful to take a room with balcony coz that the USP. The bathroom did smell a little strange. Mattresses can definitely be improved. Overall a good value for money if you are looking for something in the old city and want to experience and old world charm. Again, balcony is a must for the experience. P.S. in peak hours, entry to the old city becomes a little difficult owing to traffic.

Very bad foul smell in the room. Room size is small. Bathroom is stinking with rust smell. Had to keep the air freshener right next to my face. Only positive is the great location in old town. Walking distance to nizami street. Avoid it as better options available at similar price.

Pros - Well spoken and friendly staff Good breakfast options even for vegetarians Comfortable and cozy rooms Sea view from the breakfast area Nizami street and all the famous eatries are at walking distance Old city attractions like Sirvanshah Fort, Maidan Tower are nearby and so is the Baku Boulevard. Inspite of proximity to bustling night life, hotel is in quieter lane. Heating is really nice inside the hotel. Cons - The sea view room hardly had sea view

I was concerned prior to arrival, as the price was extremely reasonable. However, I should not have worried, it is a bargain. The hotel is situated in the beautiful Old City, minutes from a selection of restaurants. The breakfast room is on the top floor and has views of the Caspian Sea and Baku. Breakfast is a buffet and there were some vegetarian items. One of the group was afflicted by sudden chronic back pain during the flight. The reception staff particularly Azar ( hope I spelled that correctly ) were extremely helpful and kind. Assistance included -calling an ambulance, liaising with a clinic and medics who visited the hotel. They also checked on him when we were out. Absolutely 5 star service from unfailingly courteous and helpful staff. Thank you for making our stay so special and caring for our friend.

Lovely place to stay in the old walled city of Baku, staff was very very helpful and welcoming, rooms were very well kep and organized, prices included buffet breakfast in the morning which was also good, eggs to order and local bakes, recommended.

Located in the heart of old Baku, a 30 minute drive from the airport, less than 10 minute walk to the metro, and surrounded by restaurant options. Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable with a spotless bathroom and invigorating shower. The breakfast platter was a perfect light adequate start to the day. The friendly Azer welcomed me, arranged return airport transfers, and sorted out an issue I had without any fuss. Much appreciated. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

The hotel offers facilities you find in 5-star hotels- safe, bathrobe and slippers, good size TV and rainforest shower not to mention tea pot and cups. I even found scales in my generous wardrobe. The hotel is located in the historical part of Baku and 5-10 minutes distance to the main attractions such as a Shirvanshahs Palace, Maiden tower, Sea Boulevard and Fountain Square. The receptionists are most helpful and instantly respond to any requests. I will be staying in this hotel whenever I come back to Baku.
