酒店非常美，房間很大，有全身鏡、梳粧鏡、吹風機，十分齊全，泳池很大，泳池旁邊出去就是沙灘，景色優美，工作人員禮貌熱情，剛入住就送來了橙汁，服務很好，我有問題找前台，他也是很熱情的給我解決，我去羅威納追海豚，船長來接我的時候前台還幫我確認以及溝通，整體體驗非常好，給工作人員點贊👍

We stayed 3.nights. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and beach was clean and nice. Good sun beds and shade options. Breakfast was good and juice was excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Location is on the beach and you can walk into Lovina by the beach promenade before you need to go up to the main road. Indomart located 100.m away by foot. Absolutely beautiful stay.

It was dirty everywhere the walls was broken there was a hole in the closet the shower and wifi didnt work it was just disgusting The doors couldn't close all the way a snake could easily get it at night I would never visit this hotel its not even close to the pictures
