Belong Jin The Dam Hotel And Resort recensioner

This resort is so closed to the dam, where you can enjoy the private environment and some restaurants around there. It seems like all rooms are pool accessed type, which you can enjoy the sunset from your balcony.

The staff were so friendly and helpful at the hotel-some don't speak English very well so the communication is sometimes difficult for more complicated issues but on the whole it's fine. The food and drinks are lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view is beautiful and the hotel is located in a nice area with a few attractions nearby. It's close enough to Khao sok national park that you can get there however, you will have to pay extra for taxis or use a bike (this can be tricky if it's raining though). If alone then this can get expensive.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. What We Liked • Great Location: The hotel is ideally situated for visits to the nearby national park, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. • Spacious and Modern Rooms: The rooms were large, well-designed, and had a modern feel, which made our stay very comfortable. • Pool Access Rooms: Having direct access to the pool was a wonderful feature, and the views from these rooms were quite beautiful. What We Didn’t Like • Pool Condition: Unfortunately, the pool was not well-maintained. Tiles on the floor and walls were coming loose, which was both unsightly and a potential safety hazard. • Tour Booking Issues: We booked a tour to the national park and lake through the hotel, but the pricing was highly misleading. Although the initial price seemed reasonable, unexpected additional charges were only disclosed at checkout. These hidden fees were listed on a separate document that was pulled out from behind the counter at the last moment. This lack of transparency was deeply disappointing. • Unhelpful Staff: The staff spoke poor English and refused to address our concerns about the unexpected charges. They insisted on payment without offering an apology or explanation. This experience left us questioning whether the issue was due to incompetence or a deliberate attempt to exploit guests. Overall While the hotel has potential thanks to its location and room quality, the poor maintenance and unprofessional handling of the tour booking significantly marred our stay. We cannot recommend this hotel unless they address these issues and improve their customer service.

Clean, quite new hotel. Stunning view from the window. In the evening, the program from the music group and the fire show. There's a good restaurant, a great choice of cuisine. Very customer-oriented staff. Especially I want to note administrator with name Party - we had many questions and problems she quickly decided. In such a hotel want to return. It is not clear why it hotel has only 3*.

Had a great stay. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good for me especially the Thai choices.

Nice view and nice Pool, matrace a bit hard, good food in restaurant

Nice hotel in the nice location in the nature not far from Khao Sok pier . We didnt like at all that the breakfast starts very late at 8 Am. I have never exerienced it so late at any other hotels before :( thats simple very very late to offer guests breakfast ! In the restaurant they didnt serve the food at once with my partner ! Outside the lagoon room on the corridor was very noisy with aircons, we couldnt sleep well. The hosuekeeping came 2 times without knocking just into our room, afterwards without saying sorry ! Thats outrageous !!!! The price could be a bit cheaper for this quality .

Perfect mountain view and very close to Chew Lan lake, I booked it two times

very good hotel with nice sunset view, highly recommended the villa 201-202 room with own private swimming pool. The food was nice and enjoyable for room service.

Все очень замечательно, Лучшее местоположение по отношению к парку и озеру. Виды супер. Личный бассейн. Для релакса самое то место. Кондиционер рботает как-то странно. Дует только очень холодным воздухом и температуру мы добавить не смогли. Он хоть и расположен в стороне от кровати, но носью нам пришлось его отключить. Выручил вентилятор.

Prima verblijf op een goeie locatie, helaas hadden wij wel last van een Gecko in onze kamer waardoor we vaak wakker werden gemaakt. Nog een minpunt is dat alles tegen betaling is en dat ze voor taxi bijna 3x meer vragen om naar de stad te gaan. Voor de rest was het prima.
