自分の都合とコストパフォーマンスの良さでこのロケーションのホテルにしましたが、観光施設のある市内からは1時間程度離れています。 部屋も朝食も普通でしたが、最終日に荷物を預けて出かけ、戻ってから車で迎えに来る人を2時間ほどロビーで待たせて欲しいと伝えた所、オーナーかマネージャーかが無料で1部屋使っていいよと仰って下さいました。 この優遇とホスピタリティには感激しました。 I chose this hotel in this location due to my own convenience and good cost perfor***ce. But it is about an hour away from the city where tourist facilities are located. The room and breakfast were normal, but on the last day I left my luggage and went out and when I returned, I told them I wanted someone to wait in the lobby for about two hours to pick me up, and the owner or ***ager said they could use the room for free. I was impressed by the preferential treatment and hospitality. Thank you!!

Nice location,Good ambience room size is big with all facilities, feel like a 5 star, Supervisor Subroto and his Colleagues are all ossom friendly helpfull and very fast service .

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially receptionist [Jayavarthini and Mr.Sunil] Very kind to us. Food quality was delicious. Facilities housekeeping were satisfactory. Security staff, The person showed great humanity by feeding the hungry street dogs daily. Thank you for your service. I hope my feedback helps above mentioned names as well as Arna hotel Team to improve their growth .

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, especially with the breakfast and the behavior of the staff. They kindly served the food, and I noticed the cleanliness as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Over all the stay was amazing because of I having a good coordination with all the teams In the hotel expecially front office they made a smooth check in and more supportive and with good communication just like i felt like a home the way caring with good hearts I am forever thanks for Mr.Sunil ,Ms.jayavarthini and Mr.Alam, security he helped me to take my lugguages, food services teams like Prakash the way they served ,also house keeping teams provided rooms services with well manner. its very convient its near to airport.

The hotel staff are very humble and polite. Done all essentials as per the requirement and request from our side. Got all services at right time and foods are great.
