Location is superb, right opposite Seacon Square. Building conditions and ammenities are average, comes with pool, gym and self service laundry. Plenty of food and convenience stalls just 10 mins away. On my first day check in, my key card malfunctioned 7 times, so I had to go up and down 7 times just to get it working. It's not the lock on low batt mode. That really pissed me off big time.

Excellent hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful! It is very clean and tidy. The furniture looks well used but mattress and pillows clean and new. Restaurant has a great breakfast and other meals ok too. Seacon and Paradise malls across the overpass, metro close by, three 7-11s and shops in alley. Super convenient! We will definitely be staying again!

This is a great hotel that has a wonderful rooftop pool and relaxation area. Right across from the mall, the location is pretty good, if not the most convenient for getting to or from the rest of the city. This hotel doesn’t have hand soap, which was inconvenient. Still, with great service, I highly recommend staying here- just bring your own soap or be ok with using shower gel instead.

Mediocre accommodations and service. As I had to check out 2 days early in a 4 day reservation. Not happy with the early check out not allowing credit for days not stayed. Very disappointed!

Quite difficult to get there on your own. Metro far. It was necessary to take a taxi from the airport. There are no attractions nearby. There is a shopping center Siam

Reception guy was very polite and helpful, but we decided to leave, the other guests were trying talk and very LOUD and RUDE, the drunk typical white men. And between the guest room so loud, these were the reasons we decided to leave.We felt unsafe. I will not stay there again. Receptionist offered to refund the money, but still not arrived unfortunately...

Excellent location for Seacon Square . Children loved the pool and room was comfortable

Hotel is dated and should be renovated: replace windows help reduce road noise.  Hotel lobby bathroom needs major renovation, starting with HVAC system.  Positive is the staff was helpful during my stay.

Not good hotel, no recommendations to book, check more good hotels in vicinity because this hotel photos are just for show, nothing looks like that.

Good rooms and nice swimming pool. We enjoyed staying in your hotel.. ☺️

Very nice rooftop area and Great Local Food, also a bit closer to the airport.
