The room was great, clean and comfortable. The reception is at 7th floor. Staffs were courteous. The location was great too. Just right opposite is December mall, which next to Platinum mall. Currently, the road having construction works. Hence the environment and entrance looks messy. But overall its great stay for those who comes.to bangkok for shopping.

Great hotel to stay in, clean and staff provide good service. Only lacking a full length mirror to try our shopping loots! Otherwise it's perfect.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The bed is sinks in and the towels smell bad. I complained about the bed and their solution is to put a board under the mattress. Unbelievable! I was only moved to another room after I firmly refused their solution.

Price is abit high maybe because of last minute booking. Hopefully there is more promotion in future. Overall are acceptable.

Very good location, is was opposite of Platinum Fashion Mall. Hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms also very clean. Starbucks & McDonald at downstairs.

A really wonderful experience and awesome hotel. Bar is the nightlife of the island and the food is high standard A La Carte, to be honest I prefer more local foods which are pretty close by too. There is a local store on site and a place to rent bikes everything is really convenient. We had a beach front room and the view was brilliant it really is a well located hotel. Don’t expect everything to be super cheap but it barely breaks the bank. Oh and don’t forget to check out the 9pm fire show.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered us welcome drinks. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay! And the location was superb. Definitely, we will come back again.

Every staff including the chamber maids were very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back again. Room was clean but too few charging points. They fulfilled what I requested but would be better if early check in and late check out is given as well. But other than that, location is great.

Wouldn’t regret booking this hotel again. It is affordable and near shopping malls. Room is spacious and clean. Will come back again.

The location is good and the service is not bad, very suitable for girls who want to shop at pratunam. The room is big and the bathroom is big also. Room is clean and don’t have any bad smell. The only problem I had was the water are only provide 4 bottles a day, if we need more need to charge 20baht per bottle, we think is was not enough for a room.

Revisiting VELA Dhi GLOW Pratunam was once again a fantastic experience. Although I couldn’t check in immediately upon arrival, the hotel promptly helped bring my luggage up to the room when is ready, allowing me to head out for lunch without worry — a small gesture that really enhanced the overall experience. One of the conveniences I appreciate about this hotel is the ability to order food delivery and have it left securely at the lobby — hassle-free and efficient. This adds a lot of flexibility, especially after a long day out exploring. Another highlight was the option for a late check-out in the evening, available for a very reasonable fee. It made the departure much more relaxed and convenient, especially for travelers with evening flights. The only slight drawback this time around was the ongoing road construction on the main road leading to the hotel. While it didn’t significantly affect my stay, it was noticeably different from my previous visit and may cause minor inconvenience for guests arriving or departing. Overall, VELA Dhi GLOW Pratunam continues to deliver a reliable and comfortable stay with thoughtful service and great flexibility.

Convenient location, but below was doing construction therefore usually cars stopped at main road for drop off.

Overall a good stay, good location accessible to all the mall, good services. With massage at the same level as well. Breakfast was good with different variety of foods. Bed was big, but pillows are too soft (there is option to get other pillows if it doesn’t suit you) 1 thing is the hotel not near BTS station.

Great service from them, hotel is clean too! Location wise is really great, but because it's located in central so it'll be always congestion there. Overall it's a great stay!
