Hotel is situated on an uphill where taking our driver had great difficulty in parking his urbania, reception was good well maintained but that was it, though the housekeeping has been prompt in their services but there is a totally different game in the restaurant, went for buffet dinner and guess what we had in Menu, for a moment I thought that this is some hospital where I am eating my dinner, it had Moong dal and Lauki, now who wants to eat Moong dal and lauki in their vacations, anyways I took some paneer curry ***** with butter chicken which had no taste, ordered bread which took almost 15 mins to come on my table that too reminding the server twice as they were busy winding up and it was only 9:45 pm whereas the timings are from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, it seems no one was interested in serving food or taking order and the dessert which was kept it seemed was made forcefully so as to complete the menu. Our room it seemed was handed over to us in a jiffy because there were hanging wires and the curtains in sitting area is all unkept and broken

Celebrated Eid with one of the sweetest hotel and their staff. Mr Lateef, especially arranged Saviyaan for me on the special occasion. Loved the comfortable stay. Lovely property and very sweet and courteous staff. Made us feel like home. Thank youuuuuu

I have stayed in this hotel,the staff is nice and service is extraordinary. Love to visit this hotel again and again.the view from the restaurant if hotel is mesmerizing and the view from every room of this hotel as charming beautiful peaceful and extraordinary

The staff were very courteous, and friendly. Food was fresh and great in the buffet. Our room was royal, and had a clean and working jacuzzi. The room had a balcony with great views with visibility to snow capped mountains and streams. No complaints. Nothing more to expect.

A hotel surrounded by tall trees To our utter surprise best Jain Food Mr Pankech ( the chef ) prepared for us. ( We met him by evening and asked if he can prepare the food dishes of our choice and he knew his work so well ) The whole staff and Mr Latif made us feel at home.

Excellent place to stay. Very nice setting lovely people. Special thanks to Mr.Irfan for hospitality that is beyond expectation.He spent time with us taking to a meadow nearby. Strongly recommend to stay with family n friends. Food is good at a reasonable price for the location.

We travelled to gulmarg in winters the placement of rose wood gulmarg is good the rooms are well heayed and hot water 24 hours . Beautiful location with clean rooms .one of the best property in gulmarg the food was delicious .All staff members are very polite and humble. We recomend all to visit this property and enjoy. They also arranged bonefire for us that was very enjoyable moment for us.

Wonderful service by Mr. Mudasir and the entire hotel staff. Clean rooms. Excellent food. People here walk and extra mile to achieve customer delight. All the best to the Mr. Latif and Team. The location of the hotel is awesome also there is a river next to the hotel and u can walk down to the river for mesmerizing experience. Kudos to the team.

The hotel was not good at all. Had a terrible experience. The food was overpriced, we came down with food poisoning after eating their dinner. Also the food was too oily. The rooms were very small. Moreover, the receptionist was very slow at handling us our room. Guides and trouts were harassing us inside the hotel even after saying no, and the hotel receptionist said that they had no tie up with them, however they were all inside the hotel
