**This hotel falls far below expectations.**
On the first day, I was placed in the wrong room—one that was half the size of what I had booked (12 m² instead of 24 m²). The reception didn’t inform me beforehand; I only realized the mistake after seeing the room myself. When I complained, they simply said, *“Sorry, we don’t have another room available.”* As a result, I had to spend the night in the smaller room because they had already given my booked room to someone else. This alone should be a red flag for anyone considering this hotel—their service is unprofessional and unreliable.
Beyond that, the hotel’s facilities are severely lacking. Basic amenities like toiletries and a kettle (for hot water) are missing. They provided only two bottles of water and some towels on the first day but didn’t refill the water afterward. For one of the most expensive hotels I’ve stayed in, the quality is shockingly low.
Even the room’s design is impractical—it’s oddly long, making it uncomfortable to watch TV since it isn’t positioned opposite the bed. The shower has weak water pressure and lacks a proper handle to keep it overhead. Even the elevator button 4 which was my floor didn’t work and I had to change the elevator to go to my floor!!!
To make matters worse, when I requested a late checkout (just one hour due to my flight), they refused without consideration.
I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless they either drastically improve their service or lower their prices. Paying €160 for such poor quality is unacceptable, and I will continue sharing my experience until they make changes.
