No toothbrush and paste, towels have been used long time and look old, few parking lots available at roadside

For a layover stay for an early flight, I was really surprised by this hotel and exceeded my expectation. Clean, easy access, location for food and supermarket very near.

Regularly stay in this hotel. This round, the room's cleanliness is good. Just the toilet shower point with leaking cause whole toilet wet. Overall, I still like this hotel for short trip. TQVM!!!

Just a quick overnight stay to catch up early flight for next morning. Nearby the airport. spacious room and comfortable.

We arrived & checked in around 5am due to heavy traffic to Penang. So we just went to sleep until check out time. But around 11am, a housekeeping staff barge into our room while we still inside. We even put the “do not disturb” sign. Maybe it was our fault bcs we forgot to lock the door after we went to get the iron, but the sign is still there so the least that they can do is to knock the door first instead of barge in. The towel that we received also quite ragged but i forgot to take the photo. No toothbrush/paste whatsoever so you have to bring your own. Overall okay la.

I'm really disappointed with this hotel.. I made a reservation a month ago and paid in full.. but when I arrived at the hotel at 10/30 at night with heavy rain.. no place to stop or drop things off.. walking through the rain with a small child already asleep.. with no bell man.. difficult parking... BAD HOTEL:. the hotel receptionis given the key to the room on the 3rd floor, room 312.. opening the room door i was surprise.. I was not satisfied:.. i call the hotel no answer:.. I go down to the hotel lobby:.. they given another key room 316:.. went upstairs with my own belongings, the little one was already asleep.. the room was not ready to.. still tidy...ang messy room… I went downstairs and I was really angry... the staff told me he was there internal problem... do you need to tell me or is it my problem.... then came to tell me refund for twelve ringgit... for the room 3persons:.. how do we sleep with the five of us... tomorrow morning with wanting to wake up early to catch a flight... he wants to tell me to sleep on the floor... I'm very angry and lost my temper... I want a room for four person.. the staff said … okey can I wait another 25 minutes... what:.. so I want a full refund cannot the girl said.. u can but have to wait a long time .. I want to call my manager, it takes a long time:.. his reason is so stupid... he want to call his boss... and want to ask for a refund, it's a long time since the refund... the hotel is very bad... for me it's not a budget problem... the guest has already paid, please care of the name of your hotel... I'm serious sleep in a budget hotel... I'm not pretending but I don't like this kind of incident.... Near to the location I want to go. The new wing is much more better, old wing too old and bed is smelly

One of the best budget hotels in Penang. I have always stayed at this hotel when I am in this part of Penang. The facilities are similar to a 3 star hotel. It offers a very good value for money. Large, comfortable room with satisfactory WiFi connectivity for simple browsing. Walking distance to Giant Supermarket, Umar Alkhatab Mosque, and eateries, including nasi kadar Pelita. Public (paid) parking lots are available on the streets around the hotel.

Convenient and reasonable price. Near my meeting place. Good venue

Overall very good hotel, but unfortunately it was raided at wee hours by police 👮 during our stay without valid reason.

Is my 3rd time staying with Corum View, everything is fine and good. Only one thing sound insoluble system news to improve.

Good night sleep wth comfy bed..but room wth no window..feel so stuffy..small room.. friendly staff and good services..

The room Aircon is not working well. After check-in and went to the room , I tested the aircon and found that the aircon is only blowing out very light air (worse than a normal fan) and it is not cool air but hot air. Reported to the hotel Indian Manager at the Level 1 reception and she mentioned they will do servicing and on for awhile it will cold. I went out makan and jalan. When I returned, the whole hotel is out of electricity power and faced power trip. Waiting for 2hrs plus for the electrical power to return and the aircon still the same. Worse is at night when turn on the aircon, it is spoilt !! It auto turn off after 2hrs with red flashing blinking indicate fault light. The whole night stay was sleeping and sweating without aircon (auto turnoff as faulty after their "servicing"), very hot. Next, this hotel does not provide any toothbrush and toothpaste at all. Thirdly, there is no water heater and no hot water for bathing. Only cold water. This is very lousy hotel. Indian Manager counter staff is not helpful in solving problem customer faced. Please avoid even it is affordable or lower price !!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!
