Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown recensioner

Stayed here while visiting family, and I must say that I am impressed. Checked in late friday night and off to the room, I was. King size bed , very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in, if you want to. Large tv with a decent selection of channels, pool a little too small but that's ok. Internet worked good from the room. Room and lobby both smelled fresh and clean, and no trash to be found anywhere. Bathroom had bright lights, and fan. Definitely worth a try.

When I arrived, hotel was closed due to fire. Customer service would not help me find another place to stay stating that I would have to call back the next day because customer relations was closed for the day.

Worth every penny, excellent services, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and beds, we travel a lot in my experience this will be my favorite hotel be stay at, i could be here for months, breakfast is very complete and delicious

I spoke with a receptionist over the phone Pryor to checking in to inform them i would be checking in late to which they had no issue and made note of it. Upon arrival, we were checked in immediately. Once we got to our floor, the halls smelled amazing. When we got into our room, the room was spotless and smelled great.

Very clean and everything works fine, no issues , great personnel and good food. lots of parking. easy access to freeway, all types of restaurants close and even a pharmacy. Have never stayed in a Best Western before and we where very pleased with the service.

Rooms were nice but we could hear pounding on the floor above us. Bad insulation. Front desk was not friendly at all and didn’t welcome us or explain where anything was in the hotel. Luckily it was a one night.

Had a truly awful experience here, if you need to be in Baytown I would recommend Towneplace Suites. Also if you have an issue, corporate will do nothing to assist. This is the last time I'll stay at a Best Western.

The room was very clean, very nice, I could smell the bleach on the towels and the sheets which gave me a great piece of mind not just during vivid but it just smelled so clean and fresh. breakfast buffet was best I have ever had at a hotel.

The bed linens had not been changed from the prior guest. There was hair in them and the sheets were wrinkled where others had slept. The shower had been wiped down but had a large amount of hair left in it. There was not a hairdryer in the room. The night worker told me they didn't have hair dryers. The attendant the next day found one for me.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There was a lot of hair lying on the floor. the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old. The breakfast was very limited. I would not stay at this hotel again, there are better options in the area for a better value for money!

Breakfast was great. Staff was FANTASTIC, and very helpful. Rooms were great. Fantastic location. Convenient to local eats and fuel. No issues, no suprises, and the price was most desirable. 5 stars! I will mist definitely be staying here again while in the area.
