Additional Services: - Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional). - Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying). - Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request. - Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability. - In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day."

"Очень уютная квартира, всего было 5 комнат и две идеально чистые ванные комнаты, имеется кухня со всеми принадлежностями. В холодильнике каждая полка пронумерована для каждой комнаты. Соседи были тихими и приветливыми. Но слышимость с улицы была хорошая. Расположение не в самом центре, нужно пройтись до всех достопримечательностей примерно 30 минут, вечером одному ходить не очень комфортно. Рядом есть круглосуточные магазины. Хозяйка показала нам всю квартиру, все объяснила. Залог оставляли наличными, но в связи с тем, что мы рано выехали, нам отправили на карту."

"The room and the location was amazing, just that the announce the room as having AC which it does, but you gotta pay extra 10 euros IN CASH for it, and they have to hand you over the remote after paying the 10 euros, which they do not advertise anywhere in the posting, other than that it was good."

"It was a good experience staying in Serennia Exclusive rooms! The location was excellent, it is closed and really can walk around the city by foot to many tourist attractions, food and shopping area. Upon check in was greeted by a very friendly lady, Ms Kasia, she has assisted in my early check in since I arrived really early in the morning. Also upon check out, a very kind and friendly lady Ms Susana Ferrer has assisted in my additional luggage storage issue, really appreciate her help! Sad on my return trip I did not manage to book a room there as they were fully booked! Will definitely book Serennia Exclusive Room on my next trip back to Barcelona again!"

"Our stay at LeMar was comfortable. The room was clean and cosy. It's a compact hotel, so the amenities were quite basic but it still had everything we needed."

"Это большая квартира, разделённая на комнаты. У меня была маленькая одноместная комната, ванная и туалет - соседняя дверь. Всё чисто, удобно, есть рабочее место, 2 санузла, с утра, конечно, всё занято:) не работал лифт , пришлось переть вещи на 5 этаж по лестнице. Расположение отличное. При заселении нужно оплатить 100 евро депозит по ссылке, которую пришлют."
