The staff at the front desk was really helpful. I arrived at 6 AM at the hotel way before the check in time, as soon as the cleaning lady arrived they had my room ready at 9 AM. The room was well heated and cozy. Only thing they could really improve is the cleanliness, the towels weren’t always clean and the room was on the older side

HerI had high hopes for this hotel, but my stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was filthy – dust on the furniture, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, and it took forever to get any hot water.
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I requested a room change due to the cleanliness issues, they shrugged it off and said they were fully booked, though the hotel clearly wasn’t full. I barely got any sleep because of the constant noise in the hallways all night long.
To top it all off, the air conditioning was broken, and it was unbearably hot. I ended up leaving a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore. I would never recommend this place to anyone. A total waste of money!

房間沒熱水，晚上10點超出了才請了工人來查看，工人進來也就擰了幾下水龍頭，説可能有什麼堵住了，工人走後乘着水龍頭了稀稀疏疏是有點熱睡，想着趕緊快速把澡沖了，結果慘了，肥皂擦號準備沖洗，熱水沒有，然後那天好大的風，浴室吊頂咔咔想，看上去搖搖欲墜，這是我人生幾十年遇到如此尷尬窘迫頭一回啊

圓明園東門正對面，過馬路即可進入圓明園。一樓有餐廳，北京特色美食。前台也可以代收外賣。停車場免費使用。房間大，乾淨整潔，服務好，溝通和諧！

酒店位於圓明園東門正對面，因此行程安排圓明園是下午，逛完公園直接去酒店辦理入住。酒店一樓是北魏喜家宴的飯店，大同特色小吃，因此晚飯在這吃非常方便。酒店的標準一般，屋裡的顏色着實讓人不怎麼舒適，大紅大綠的顏色有點讓人心裏發顫，備品及設施也有待提高，質量不怎麼過硬，電視不好用，空調的工作聲也呼呼的，長時間關門也有點捂的味道，因此還是建議酒店細節方面好好改善一下。
