Beijing Yuanzhu Xiaoshe Villa

Stay as far away you can from this place,the picture and facilities are deceiving, there's no reception no swimming pool or anything mentioned in the facilities, the room bed is brick as a wall and it's a social housing apartment that's more than 10 years old. Please stay away and never again ever. You will regret if you book this place.

Great apartment. Everything you need is there already, like soap, toothbrush, toilet paper etc, but there is also everything you need to do some simple cooking- very useful! The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to taxi drop off (the whole town is pedestrianised) and about 5 minutes to Simatai Great Wall ticket entrance and the entrance to Gubei water town attraction. Good restaurants about 5 minutes away too and they are cheap. The apartment is cosy and there are 3 balconies to choose from if you want to relax in the sun! This would also be a very safe and comfortable place to stay with young children. I was very happy that the host also provided a lot of drinking water. It's useful to know that the apartment is inside a bigger apartment complex, just enter through the first gate as you approach from the town and maybe add the host on WeChat before you arrive so you can communicate easily. There are lots of small shops selling food and drinks nearby. The back balcony has a dreamy view of the Great Wall. Enjoy!

The accommodation is like a homestay unit with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Properly owner is very friendly with quick responsive to all our requests. The unit is clean and all electrical appliances functioning well. The unit we stay is about 400 meter walking distance to Gubei tourist Registration center. We enjoy our stay. Valuable stay for a group of 5 persons. 住宿就像一个民宿单位，有2个房间、2个浴室和厨房。业主非常友好，能够快速响应我们的所有要求。单位很干净，所有电器运转良好。我们住的单位距离古北游客登记中心步行约400米。我们住得很愉快。适合 5 人团体入住，物超所值。

The hotel is super comfy and good value for price, the place is right outside the Gubei Watertown on a convenient location and you can see the great wall from there too. They allow us to make late check out which was very much appreciated as we needed to work for a few hours. Everything amazing
