Amazing hotel -welcoming. Served complimentary drink, great breakfast

What a fantastic stay! The Moxy Belfast is a sleek, modern hotel that still manages to feel warm and classic. Its central location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Belfast with everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and the welcome cocktail was such a fun touch. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with stylish decor that made it feel both fresh and inviting. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting Belfast whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

This hotel is newly opened. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated with a modern contemporary vibe. The rooms are great, spacious and spotless. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It is in easy walking distance just 5 minutes from the City Hall. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel.

新的連鎖酒店，地理位置不錯，離唐人街走路衹需要幾分鐘，入住人不少高峯期需要排隊，酒店早餐也算不錯，麪包味道不錯雞蛋奶酪水果蔬菜都有，如果不是週末性價比應該非常高

房間沒問題新時髦。房間歐洲來説也相當過得去。插頭帶usb A和C。就是邊房着實不太隔音。窗户是雙層玻璃而且還不臨主街。但是就是外邊聲音傳進來。幸虧晚上車不多感覺都要帶耳塞了。一早到也不用叫早了來一輛車就醒了。早飯ok。有西瓜推荐居然很甜。

I have stayed in a few Moxy hotels and this one has the most generous sized rooms I’ve had. Rooms are spacious and clean. I have stayed here on three occasions and found the staff so lovely and helpful- some that I recognise from the AC Marriott. Breakfast is ok. Dinner I wouldn’t repeat, a veggie lasagne that left me hungry and I have a small appetite. However this doesn’t put me off staying. A great location for the city centre.

The staff is amazing. I have never met a more upbeat, thoughtful and accommodating staff anywhere. All the while remaining professional. Everyone provided great ideas on things to do and where to eat in the city. We felt like family by the time we departed.

I wish I could give the Moxy Hotel/Belfast 10 stars. It was outstanding. The rooms were impeccable. Every employee I came across at the Front desk ALWAYS had a smile on their face, offered excellent restaurant recommendations, and even decorated our room for my sister’s birthday. Top rated!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this newly opened hotel. With other Moxy hotels which I have stayed at you are offered a welcome cocktail but as I don’t drink I asked if I could have a mocktail only to be told they don’t do those so I asked for a soft drink but was advised I could only have a tea/coffee or bottle of water ** management confirmed this was a mistake and I could of had a soft drink ** Next up the room….. this was to say the least the most lack lustre hotel room I’ve stayed in for some time. Absolutely boring 🥱 ( unlike the Moxy in Edinburgh!!) Breakfast was the worst part of my stay. On my first morning the scrambled eggs were gray in colour which can only mean that they were so overcooked and totally inedible. If I had to comment on one good thing I would say the lobby is bright and fun. **I should caveat that I have received a response from management in relation to the above but I still wanted to share my honest opinion of my experience with this hotel **

Just checked out after a great one night stay. As a Marriott member it's fantastic to have this option right in city centre. Arrived slightly frazzled late at night after long travel delays due to train cancellations from Dublin. I didn't get her name unfortunately but the receptionist was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The welcome drink is a nice tough although sadly I didn't get to use it at the bar ( when checking out the receptionist then encouraged me to take a bottle of water so I got the value for it, another great touch). My room request upon booking was taken into account which was much appreciated, bed very comfy and shower great. Breakfast was very good too and I love the overall look of the hotel. Having never stayed in a Moxy before I was really impressed. The only 2 points I would make is that the rooms are a bit dark ( which I guess is to do with the vibes!) and a magnifier mirror in the bathroom would be a good addition. Overall really happy with my stay - great value, super location and fantastic staff. I'll be back!

Just back from a fantastic stay in the Moxy Belfast. Quick walk from cental station. Reception was busy when we got there but the queue moved very quickly. Fionnula checked us in. She was an absolute gem chatty and cheerful despite being very busy she made plenty of time for every guest. The room was great spacious and spotless clean. Also enjoyed the welcome cocktail. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Stayed in Moxy Belfast City this week and was very impressed with it. I was in Belfast for work and it was perfectly located. I drove to Belfast and got very convenient parking. It is also very close to Grand Central Train station. The breakfast was great. There was some quiet corners on the ground floor to get on a few work calls with no disturbance. I slept extremely well too. The room had everything I needed. I will definitely be back.
