Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brockville recensioner

Location is great except highway traffic noise. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very rich. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Stayed 1 night in a king suite with a sofa bed, which was newly renovated, so spacious, and beautiful. The indoor pool was open. The checkin was smooth. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. Delicious hot breakfast. We loved it there.

Great breakfast the king suite was very nice  Pancake machine was awesome ! Pool was nice we. Took a swim for a hour went to chucks road house was very good close to hotel next time we will stay in the Jetted tub king suite

Booked two weeks in advance. Checked in, and discovered we were placed in a room facing the 401 highway. The transport tuck and traffic noise was constant and unacceptable. When asked to move, they would not move us, and instead offered us a “white noise” apparatus. Using this equipment, Still the noise kept me awake several times through the night. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to ask for an ext. cord. Upon checkout, informed them of the problems. The manager offered rewards points for their hotel chain (more interested in taking care of their interests, versus the customer). Four days later, have not received any email or notice of any kind of compensation. Very very disappointed. At this point I would not recommend this hotel.
