Overall in average condition. Poor cleanliness especially corridor, floor n kettle rack in a room. So far tq for the service 💕

Location is about 30 mins from city centre.Room was spacious but dated.the whole area feels like school dorms.simple malaysian breakfast with nasi lemak and mee mamak with few cakes for dessert.we came down for breakfast around 8am and food almost finishing with no refills.so better come early.

Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality.

Overall are good. Nasi lemak for breakfast need to be improved.

Truly enjoyed our 1 nite stay ....clean & comfortable room. Staff was very friendly & helpful too !

1st family room got problem with air conditioning, not functioning. Made a complaint and given another room but the air conditioning system not good enough. Panas.

The holiday is enjoyable. The hotel is okay for an old classic hotel, need to be renovated or replaced the wear and tear part. But it is a nice and convenient place to stay.

Room noisy with aircond,lucky can changed to another room but sill noisy aicond but accepted then before,breakfast said buffet for rm32.00 sadly just got nasi lemak and coffee without buffet.. Bad expirence check in here ..more plenty place here to check in when visit malacca.
