Crown Towers Perth recensioner

The family and I really enjoyed our 2 night holiday. 5 star luxury in every way. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was when it came to securing a recliner around the pool. As they say the early bird catches the worm, well in this case early guest catches a recliner. Otherwise you are delegated to laying on the ground for the day.

1. One day the airconditioning was not working properly and I called for assistance urgently as it waa very cold in the room. As help did not come, I called repeatedly, a total of 4 times over a period of about 2 hours. When help came, the technician said he had been told only 10 minutes earlier. I heard that the hotel guest services line is manned out of Melbourne. Coordinaton between Melbourne and Perth seems to be a problem. 2. There is no cafe in the hotel where you can have a light meal or snacks. Breakfast option is a full buffet at a basement restaurant, no a la carte. 3. The staff are polite and helpful when you can get their attention. 4. Crown Towers is a long walk from the main restaurants and amenities in the Burswood complex. For the elderly who cannotvwalk long distances, it is very inconvenient. Crown Metropole would be better. 5. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 4 stars, barely, at 5 star prices.

Good nice, clean and clear hotel. But is not friendly for traveling+ tourism. Cause. The all reception doesn't know about transportation for tourism., ex train or bus. Or how to get wildlife Park or some places to visit. But is okay.. Maybe Perth city or W.A not focus for tourism. However nice places.

had the most special time at crown towers for my birthday all the staff were absolutely wonderful.

The accommodation experience at Crown Towers Perth was excellent, and the housekeeping and front desk staff provided outstanding service. However, the only downside was that the free parking was too far away, and valet parking was too expensive with no discounts for hotel guests. This was somewhat inconvenient for guests with car.

Too expansive

Wonderful hotel.Service from all the staff were excellent.Friendly,courteous and always ready to greet or help u anytime.Hotel is very clean and room are very big.My family really enjoy ourself.The hotel view was excellent too!

Facilities of the hotel is excellent, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was well designed and good for photos. Cleanliness of the hotel is yet to be improved, there was a piece of chicken meat left in the sink until the water flushed it out, and some black molds sticked on the wall and floor in the bathroom. This was not expected for a six stars hotel. The view of Swan River is perfect at the rooms we stayed.

We love everything about the hotel, the pool, the room, everything is new and room is spacious. Will surely stay again in future if given the chance.

Recently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the casino, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the casino was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Only stayed the one night. Service was great food was great there wasn't much to fault. Was a bit disappointing that you can't use the pool after sun down or checkout meaning a one night stay with kids you don't get much pool time

Top notch 5 star hotel. Make sure to upgrade the room for a better view. A bit out from the CBD but worth the distance.
