City Hotel the Busan Metro recensioner

Nice experience! There are some convenient stores like GS25 and Cu right next to the hotel! And the room is spacious

The location isn't bad, but the double room is very small and, above all, impractically furnished in terms of storage and hanging space. The bathroom, with its tiny sink, is particularly poorly designed; hanging or storing anything in the bathroom was practically impossible. It's practically unsuitable for two people. Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, it was only available from 7 to 9 a.m.

Walking distance to Busan train station, about 15min walk. There are bus stops in front of the hotel which are accessible to different tourist attractions.

Honest review: Lobby area is messy and that staff lady is not really helpful. I needed to wait from 7am-1pm, before I know to check in at 1pm, and I only know at 1pm that need to pay extra 30,000kw to check in at 1pm, cause check in timing is 4pm. Toilet door and room door is not clean. Bed, pillow and towels are ok, room is spacious and it’s near to a train station, but still quite far from Busan train station and shopping areas. Only 2 bottles of water for me, although I’ve stayed for 5days. Overall the place is ok, it looks more like apartment than a hotel. I also bought breakfast for my stays, but only ate on day 1, as they Mop the floor when people are taking food and having breakfast and I was holding a miso soup and I fell down. Hence quite a disappointment.

Friendly customer service and very good location very near to subway station and attractions. Room is clean. Worth the price.

Need to check your check-in time when you order in. And sanitary item you may need to prepared or you can buy toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

Hotel cleaning staff was super nice to reply to all our notes ~ made it a more friendly stay. The room was a lil dusty on top of the wardrobe and there was little space. However, with the close proximity to Busan station and a bus stop that can take us to the key spots in Busan + the room being overall safe, the price is pretty good

1 metro stop to railway station, good stay if you’re looking to leave. Train station and laundry shop within walking distance.

5 min walk fr metro. Nice spacious hotel. Black theme but v new, so all in tip top condition. Bidet toilet. Friendly English speaking staff. Booked taxi to airport for us. Spacious lobby.

Verry good! Location is near Choryang Station (exit 12 with stairs and elevator between exit 8 and 10) and bus stops. The room is big enough for 3 people, clean and tidy, the staff speaks English verry well and supportive. However they forgot to provide us 3 bottles of water on the first day staying, so we thought that the hotel does not provide free water and ended up buying a lots of water. Then the next day when they cleaned our room, 3 bottles of water were placed on the table. Early check in is not allowed (check in time is 4 p.m.) But overall it was really nice staying in this hotel.

What an amazing find! We stayed at ondol suite and it was one of the best rooms we’ve had in Korea on this trip. It’s clean, the bathtub and the view was fantastic, styler in the room, ionic hairdryer, big tv with Netflix. It says it’s a two star hotel but I stayed at 5 star recently that was much worse than this. We will definitely come back when in Busan. Very friendly front desk.

I recently stayed at City Hotel the Busan Metro and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—just a few steps from Choryang Metro Station and only a 10–15 minute walk to Busan Station—making it incredibly easy to get around

The room was fine. It was a bit smaller than the pictures indicated. The service was bare bones. Could not check in until 3 pm unless I wanted to pay more. Was clean and safe for a solo traveler. Can't ask for more at the price point.

Location is closed to Busan station and easy to take bus to move around Busan. Room is big, clean and value for money. Considering the price that we pay, no complaints at all.
