The upkeep of the hotel is great but it is also not cheap. Will think about coming back.

We checked in quite early due to early flight and was given a room at 11am. Sue was great in choosing the room for us with a great view. Not too high nor low. Overall, we enjoyed the stay except that the amenities were quite small. Toothbrush wasn’t complimented. On the night before our check out. Towels and basic toiletries were not replenished.

Hyatt hotel chain was the same quality over the world with very nice and well training staffs. We love the view of ocean room, very good location for ocean view and the bridge in Busan.

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

We stayed in Park family suite and it suited us well for three of us. Room is spacious and breakfast is also excellent.

A perfect place to stay and the Seaview room is fantastic! Will definitely stay here next time when visit Busan

Love the view from the full height window facing the sea. The room's interior was splendid.

We really enjoyed the family suite, which had a wonderful sea view. It was a great size for the price.
